Enderun Colleges and École Ducasse Manila alumnus Jeston Chua is the Head Chef of Vivant, a modern European bistro in Hong Kong. The restaurant’s menu promises seafood-centric dishes showcasing French technique and is due to soft-open at the end of April 2022.
