TAGUIG CITY, Philippines – Enderun Colleges has officially entered a new era of student engagement with the launch of the Enderun App, a first-of-its-kind digital platform designed to introduce interactive, reward-based experiences into the holistic college journey. Moving beyond the traditional focus on grade point averages, the institution is now incentivizing the everyday activities that define a well-rounded student life.
Joey Tuason, an Enderun Alumnus and the Project Head for the Enderun App, explains that the platform was born out of a need to address student engagement challenges in a post-pandemic world. According to Tuason, while internships and graduation are pivotal moments, they represent only a fraction of the college experience. “We’re trying to reward the students for the holistic student experience and reward students for everyday things that they can do,” Tuason shared during its launch in April 15, 2026, at the Enderun Tent, McKinley Hill.

The app functions as a private social network where students earn “Campus Coins” for various forms of participation. Liana Fiel from the Student Life Office highlights the pioneering nature of this initiative, noting that Enderun is “the first school in the country to have this student rewards app.” According to Fiel, this is a significant milestone that “Enderun students can take pride in because it makes their campus stay more meaningful and more enjoyable.”
These Campus Coins hold real-world value within the Enderun ecosystem and can be redeemed for merchandise, cafeteria items, or even luxury experiences like hotel stays at Enderun Hotels and other alumni-owned properties. The system also introduces a unique networking feature where students scan each other’s digital IDs to build a professional directory. One student-participant equated the feature like a “campus-specific LinkedIn,” noting that previously, no methods were present in the institution when it comes to personally connecting with other students other than approaching them directly.

Beyond the rewards, the app serves as a centralized hub for information. Fiel observes that the Enderun App helps solve the issue of information overload and/or fragmentation. “Information is very easy to miss when it’s just spread out,” she explained. “The Enderun App can bring everyone together through announcements and events… it’s not just about showing up every day, but actually having more intention in your campus life.”
From a faculty perspective, the app serves as a vital communication tool and support system. Ms. Marissa Felix, an Enderun Faculty member and the School Prefect of Discipline, views the app as a “personal assistant” for the student body. She emphasized its role in keeping students connected and informed, noting that “it’s always good for them to be reminded of the things that are happening in class and the Enderun Experience activities.”
By tracking engagement levels, the college also gains the ability to identify and support students who may be less involved. Tuason highlighted that this data allows the school to “tap the least engaged students and actually encourage them to start an organization or figure out what their interests are.”
With the Enderun App, the institution is not just providing a digital tool; it is building a community where every connection made and every event attended contributes to a student’s future success. This innovation sets a new benchmark for how higher education institutions in the Philippines can leverage technology to foster a vibrant, connected, and motivated campus culture.
