Dr. Lydia C. King is currently Department Head for Technology Management and was responsible for setting-up the BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN INFORMATION SYSTEMS degree program of the Enderun Colleges. She was formerly First Vice President for Information Technology of BANCO DE ORO UNIVERSAL BANK, the Banking arm of the SM Group of Companies, where she has served in various senior management capacities for more than 20 years. Her portfolio includes principally the organization and management of IT Groups of various banking institutions. She has pioneered in the Philippines the successful implementation of a fully distributed and integrated system for deposits and automated teller machines supported by a wide-area infrastructure. She was formerly the President of the BANKERS INSTITUTE OF THE PHILIPPINE for FY 2008-2009 which in 1987 bestowed on her the Pearl Award, the highest professional award given to a member of the Institute and the Leadership and Life Sustaining Membership Awards in 2009. Dr. King finished her Post Graduate Studies with the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Development at the SOUTHEAST ASIA INTERDISCIPLINARY DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration degree at the UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX ONLINE in Phoenix, Arizona. She has an MBA from the ATENEO GRADUATE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES. She is currently Faculty Chair – Information Technology of the ATENEO GRADUATE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS. She teaches Information Technology, Information Security, Electronic Commerce and Management Dynamics. Dr. King is also a Technical Expert of the Philippine Accreditation Office (PAO) of the Department of Trade and Industry.

Ryan Morales has over 15 years of experience in building and running small and medium-sized enterprises. In 2014, he participated in the inaugural MIT Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, an intensive program that connects entrepreneurs from around the world. Altering his career trajectory, this experience led him to a teaching position at Enderun Colleges. Ryan also attended the Price-Babson Symposium for Entrepreneurship Educators in Babson College, an action-based program that provides its participants with the toolkit, playbook, and best practices for teaching entrepreneurship. He earned his Master's degree in Business Administration from De La Salle University, where he graduated with distinction.

Ms. Ignacio graduated cum laude and the Area Awardee for Business Administration at Maryknoll College. She also holds a Master in Professional Accounting degree, emphasis on Controls and Systems, from The University of Texas at Austin. She obtained her certification in Public Accountancy from the Texas State Board of Public Accountants. She received her Entrepreneurship Educator's training from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MITx) and Babson College. Before being President and Chairman of the Board of Unirock Corporation, a family-owned construction company founded in 1967, she worked for Schlumberger Oilfield Services in Texas as the controller of its Manufacturing Financial Services, North America. Marivic also possesses 10 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry as a restaurant owner. Her diverse work experience that ranges from that of a Fortune 500 to a number of SME operations equips her well in teaching Accounting and Finance courses at Enderun.

Ruben holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He is currently the Head of Management and Operational Excellence at D&L Industries and the Agile Coach for Demand Science Team Inc. He has worked with private and public sector organizations in fields such as enterprise-wide IT change management, application development, strategic planning, and process improvement. He has led the development of software for 3D modeling and design, patient records management, knowledge management, instructional mobile apps, and online learning. He has also helped troubleshoot and revive failing or failed IT projects in the government and private sectors. Ruben has helped organizations such as the World Bank, World Health Organization, Asian Development Bank, USAid, Intel, Globe Telecoms, and San Miguel Corporation.

Christie, Colin

Mr. Christie is a serial entrepreneur, connector and collaborator. He serves as the Executive Director of Global Chamber® Manila, which helps member companies grow globally through a community of CEOs, executives, professionals and students in 500 metros around the world. He has also served on the leadership team of Lifetrack Medical Systems Inc., whose innovative and patented platform for distributed radiology is bringing improved access to high quality radiology in emerging markets. Lifetrack was selected as winner of the Red Herring Asia 100 Awards in September 2016. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of MxSecure, a pioneer in healthcare BPO services, with operations in the Philippines and headquarters in the USA. MxSecure was acquired in late 2012 by M*Modal, the global leader in clinical documentation solutions. He also served as a founding trustee of the Healthcare Information Management Association of the Philippines (HIMAP) and is a founding trustee of the Analytics Association of the Philippines (AAP), and is co-founder and CEO of Medcode, Inc, a provider of Health Information Management certification training. Mr. Christie has practiced a life-long passion for embracing transformative technologies, taking leadership roles in multiple industries with companies like Motorola, Philips, and Linfinity Microelectronics. Mr. Christie is a graduate of Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. Today, digital has a place in almost all major business functions – strategy, marketing, sales, customer relations, R&D. Mr. Christie, as Dean/Director of Digital Transformation, leads our journey as we shift and transform Enderun’s academic programs and business processes. He is working with the academic leadership team in innovating what we teach, and how we teach, our students to effectively prepare them for careers and industries of the future.

Mr. Salipsip earned his BA from Ateneo de Zamboanga, his MBA from University of the Philippines Diliman, and PhD in Management with distinction from International Academy of Management and Economics (IAME). He was country manager of chemical company Dow before being Pacific Area marketing and sales training manager for Dow Pacific. Now, Mr. Salipsip is a performance consultant for Wilson Learning, and executive director of American Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines (Amcham) Foundation.

Mr. Rodriguez is a cum laude graduate of BS Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU). He was formerly the information technology director of Colgate-Palmolive Philippines, vice president for information technology of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation, and general manager of SPI Technologies. For two years, he worked as the chief information officer and head of corporate management services of Maynilad Water Services. Mr. Rodriguez is currently director for management and IT consulting firm Xenxatech, and lecturer at ADMU’s School of Management.

Atty. Pabiton is a Juris Doctor who graduated from the Ateneo de Manila Law School. In 1999, he earned his double degree in Economics and Legal Management from the De La Salle University. He worked as director for the Office of Student Behavior in De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, and was also its legal consultant for some of its projects. He was also instructor of Legal Research and Thesis Writing Methodologies of DLSU-FEU Dual Degree Program in Master’s in Business Administration and Juris Doctor. Atty. Pabiton sits as a panel member of the Ateneo Law School’s Thesis Committee, serves as supervising attorney for students undergoing the law school’s Clinical Legal Education Program, and is a private law practitioner specializing in litigation and corporate planning.

He currently is the Manila Hub Lead of Finance Professional Services Team in Bank of ANZ (Australia New Zealand Bank). Previously, JM was the Head of Risk Reporting Manila in ANZ. JM’s career was mostly spent in the Banking and Finance Industry. He previously worked at Deutsche Knowledge Services as the Vice President for Asset Management – Financial and Business Reporting Teams.

He has worked for the bureaucracy, in such posts as Supreme Court judicial staff officer for the Public Information Office and Presidential Appointments Office Director IV for the Office of the President of the Philippines. He has also taught as lecturer in Dominican College and St. Paul University Manila.

Mr. Llantada has 36 years of experience in the finance and audit industry. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Major in Accounting and Bachelor of Arts Major in the Behavioral Sciences from De La Salle University. He has a master's in Business Administration degree from the Ateneo de Manila University. He is a Certified Public Accountant by profession and started as Senior Auditor for SGV & CO. He then became Internal Audit Manager of MB Finance, Inc. (formerly Jardine Manila Finance, Inc.). He is presently the Vice President for Audit and Management Services at Empire East Land Holdings Inc., a member of the Megaworld Group of Companies. Mr. Llantada will teaches Basic Accounting at Enderun Colleges.

Mr. Laurel obtained his bachelor’s degree in Management of Applied Chemistry with minor in Chinese Studies from Ateneo de Manila University. He was previously operations manager then general manager at Accupoint Systems, before engaging in his current occupation as independent trader. Professor Laurel is also lecturer of Financial Management to Entrepreneurial Management students at the University of Asia and the Pacific.

While based in the U.S., his professional experience included employment as a Senior Market Analyst for Gtech Corporation, the world's largest lottery systems provider and as an Implementation Manager for Fiserv, a Fortune 500 corporation. Presently, Mr. Estrada is locally engaged in Real Estate Management and Consulting.

Dr. Cuaresma obtained his BS in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University, his MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Management, and PhD in Management from the International Academy of Management and Economics (IAME). He has done various management consultancies for private corporations, government agencies, and non-government organizations, on various functional areas such as human resource, community development, investment management, business strategy, marketing, financial management, and information technology. He has also taught at the Ateneo de Manila University, Miriam College, IAME, Warnborough University (London), and the Entrepreneurship Institute of Australia, both for undergraduate and post-graduate levels. Dr. Cuaresma is the club moderator of Recordatio.

Chef See Cheong Yan is the Culinary Head at Enderun Colleges. He is responsible for overseeing the Culinary Arts department, curriculum development, and spearheading all culinary courses since the school’s pre-opening. He graduated from Les Roches in Switzerland with a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Chef See also earned his Certificate in Business Administration, with honors, from Washington State University. In addition to his education credentials, Chef See has over 20 years worth of experience in the field of culinary arts worldwide, having worked at the Kempinski Hotel and Traders Hotel in China and at Bahnhof Buffet SBB Basel in Switzerland, among others. In the Philippines, Chef See has led the kitchen operations of Edsa Shangri-La, Hyatt Regency Manila and Tagaytay Highlands. Truly an international citizen, Chef See speaks English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese, Mandarin, French and Filipino fluently. In summer of 2008, Chef See also underwent training at Ducasse Education in France. In 2012, he was part of Philippine Airlines' Master Chef series, where renowned guest chefs restyled the in-flight menu with a variety of international cuisines.

École Ducasse handpicked French Chef Marc Chalopin as the executive chef of École Ducasse Manila, to maintain the standards of Alain Ducasse and ensure that the philosophy, culinary principles and techniques are properly transmitted to students. He has 32 years of kitchen and teaching experience. He worked with two of the most exceptional and world-acclaimed chefs, Joel Robuchon first and then with Alain Ducasse at the 59 Poincaré of Le Relais du Parc. He worked again for three years with Joel Robuchon and six years with Louis Grondard in restaurant Drouant, where the academy that confers the French literary award Prix Goncourt converges annually. He also worked with Alain Reix at the Eiffel Tower restaurant Jules Verne in Paris. After many years of experience in the restaurants, he decided to transmit his know-how joining Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and then as its opening executive chef in Seoul, South Korea. Chef Chalopin joined École Ducasse and Enderun in 2008 to supervise the culinary program in Manila, control the quality of instructors and curriculum, teach advanced culinary classes, as well as partner with suppliers to get the best produce, materials, and equipment available.

Chef Etienne Irazoqui is an accomplished hospitality professional with a passion for pastry and a keen eye for organizational excellence. He joins as the Executive Pastry Chef for École Ducasse Manila at Enderun Colleges’ pastry program. With a focus on pastry and chocolate, Chef Irazoqui possesses expertise in recipe development, team training, and establishing efficient workflows. He has a remarkable track record of success in the industry, as showcased through his diverse professional experiences. Aside from teaching, Chef Irazoqui is also the Operations Director at Culinary Concepts Services since 2006 and has been instrumental in the successful opening of 6 five-star hotels. Chef Irazoqui’s contributions extend beyond hotel operations, as he authored a pastry book for Intercontinental Hotels in China and trained pastry chefs for prominent hospitality groups like Hyatt, Kempinsky, Peninsula, Shangri-la, and more. Furthermore, he demonstrated pastry expertise for renowned brands like Valrhona and Louis Francois in China.

Ms. Bel S. Castro is one of the founding faculty members of Enderun Colleges and is currently Asst. Dean of the College of Hospitality Management. Prior to joining Enderun, Ms. Castro enjoyed a career which spanned the fields of advertising, public relations, events management, line production, as well as hospitality. Her academic credentials include a degree in Restaurant Operations from Le Cordon Bleu in Australia and a Master of Arts in Gastronomy, a double-badged program of Le Cordon Bleu and the University of Adelaide in South Australia. Ms. Bel also oversees all wine programs offered by Enderun Extension. In addition to holding a Level 3 Award in Wine & Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (UK), she has also successfully completed the WSET Wine Educator’s Programme. Her personal interests are centered on food history, cuisine, and culture. Her research in these fields has led to invitations to present her work on several occasions at the Symposium of Australian Gastronomy, and also at the prestigious Oxford Symposium of Food and Cookery.

His industry experience spans over 25 years, including posts as executive sous chef at The Oriental Singapore and Makati Shangri-La, and executive chef posts at Royal Hong Kong Jockey Club, Le Royal Meridien Bangkok, Le Meridien President Bangkok, and prior to Enderun, at Mandarin Oriental Manila. This Swiss chef was also trained at Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland and The Royal Institute of Public Health in London.

Tuason, Jack

Mr. Tuason, who is a member of the Board of Trustees at Enderun Colleges, teaches Principles in International Tourism and Hospitality. He earned his BS in Hotel Administration from University of Las Vegas in Nevada. Mr. Tuason started his career as Front Office Manager of Hyatt Regency Monterey, and then served as Revenue Manager and OIC of Rooms Division of Hyatt Regency San Francisco. He moved to the Pan Pacific Hotel Manila as the Resident Manager and also assisted in the openings of Pan Pacific Malacca and Kuala Lumpur. He then concurrently became Director of HSAI Raintree and General Manager of its property, Discovery Suites, from 1999 to 2005. He was the youngest general manager in the Philippines during his time. Mr. Tuason also founded Ambergris Solutions (now known as TELUS International Philippines).

Mr. Reyes has a 15-year experience in food and beverage operations and management. He is the owner of Chow Bella, the first South Beach Diet catering service in Alabang. Professor Reyes is a graduate of the University of the Philippines, Diliman with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration. He served as a butler for the Grand Hyatt in Hong Kong for two years and then became an Assistant Manager for Kublai's Restaurant Co. He also became the Operating Partner of ATTHECAF CO., the school canteen of PAREF Woodrose in Alabang.

Chef Martin Punzalan is the Senior Chef Instructor at Enderun Colleges.He graduated from Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in Philosophy, then later acquired a diploma in Culinary Arts and Hotel Management from the International School of Culinary Arts. Prior to Enderun, Chef Punzalan worked at Mandarin Oriental Hotel's The Tivoli Fine Dining Restaurant as a Commis 3: Entremetier and Rotisserie. He was responsible for preparing the mis en place for ala carte and group menus.

A Communication Arts major from the Ateneo de Manila University, Chef Montinola then earned her Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Switzerland’s Ecole Les Roches in 1993. She channeled her energies into the hospitality industry, handling food and beverage departments of prominent Manila hotels such as the Mandarin Oriental and the Hotel InterContinental. Since 1999, she has set up and managed her own restaurant in Old Manila, La Cocina de Tita Moning. From 2004 to 2005, she earned her culinary credentials at the Center for Asian Culinary Studies in Manila and the Culinary Institute of America in New York. Chef Montinola also served as a freelance writer for publications such as Mega magazine, Food magazine, and Get Asia Philippines, contributing articles on food, restaurants, recipes, and cooking techniques.

Mendegorin, Noel

Mr. Mendegorin earned his bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of the Philippines, Diliman. He was cost and inventory management controller at Edsa Shangri-La, prior to working as assistant area purchasing manager, handling the requirements of both Edsa and Makati Shangri-La. He is presently The Peninsula Manila's materials and cost controller, who monitors F&B costs to achieve the hotel's profitability targets. Professor Mendegorin is a ServSafe Certified Food Handler and a certified ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems Auditor. He is a member of the Hotel and Restaurant Cost Controllers Association of the Philippines (HRCCAP), where he served as president for two years.

Chef Kaspar is a graduate of Professional Chefs School in Solothurn, Switzerland. He joined Hyatt Regency Hotel, Manila as a sous chef, then moved to The Manila Hotel as the executive chef, heading 560 rooms, 9 outlets, and banquet facilities for up to 2800 people. He was also the chef and F&B director of Swissôtel Sydney in Australia and member of its executive committee. At present, Chef Kaspar runs the restaurant Entrecote.

Ms. Gacias is nationally recognized by the Homewood Suites by Hilton brand for managing a hotel with outstanding guest service scores out of over 250 hotels in the 2008 brand conference in San Diego, California. She became the general manager of five hotels in USA, the most recent being Hampton Inn Airport in Columbus, Ohio. Ms. Gacias earned her bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration at Washington State University. She speaks three languages: Filipino, English, and Chinese.

Chef Ermita is the club moderator of Culinaire, the official culinary arts student organization of Enderun Colleges.

Apart from being part-time faculty at St. Paul University Quezon City, teaching lecture and laboratory classes in Catering Management and F&B Cost Control, she is cost control associate at New World Hotel Makati City Manila. Ms. Alejandria specializes in social science research, development, and education. She finished her bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, majoring in Anthropology and Political Science, from the University of the Philippines (UP) Baguio, and her master’s from Palawan State University (PSU). While conducting classes at PSU as instructor, she was junior research specialist for the school’s Center for Strategic Policy and Governance.
