Mr. Alma Jose founded businesses, including Hungry Juan Food Co., a restaurant and catering business; Xtrematec Consultancy Corp., a plant & manufacturing solutions provider; and Mega A’s Trading, a distributor for Philippine Beverage Partners, Ginebra San Miguel, and Coca-Cola Phils. He managed the distribution of VIVA and Wilkins bottled water in Quezon City from 1995 to 2011 and launched gourmet sandwich kiosks under Marty’s Super Sandwiches in SM malls. Currently, he oversees ventures in real estate leasing, food franchising, PCSO Lotto agency, and warehousing and logistics. Ms. Bel S. Castro is one of the founding faculty members of Enderun Colleges and is currently Asst. Dean of the College of Hospitality Management. Prior to joining Enderun, Ms. Castro enjoyed a career which spanned the fields of advertising, public relations, events management, line production, as well as hospitality. Her academic credentials include a degree in Restaurant Operations from Le Cordon Bleu in Australia and a Master of Arts in Gastronomy, a double-badged program of Le Cordon Bleu and the University of Adelaide in South Australia. Ms. Bel also oversees all wine programs offered by Enderun Extension. In addition to holding a Level 3 Award in Wine & Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (UK), she has also successfully completed the WSET Wine Educator’s Programme. Her personal interests are centered on food history, cuisine, and culture. Her research in these fields has led to invitations to present her work on several occasions at the Symposium of Australian Gastronomy, and also at the prestigious Oxford Symposium of Food and Cookery.

Mr. Tuason, who is a member of the Board of Trustees at Enderun Colleges, teaches Principles in International Tourism and Hospitality. He earned his BS in Hotel Administration from University of Las Vegas in Nevada. Mr. Tuason started his career as Front Office Manager of Hyatt Regency Monterey, and then served as Revenue Manager and OIC of Rooms Division of Hyatt Regency San Francisco. He moved to the Pan Pacific Hotel Manila as the Resident Manager and also assisted in the openings of Pan Pacific Malacca and Kuala Lumpur. He then concurrently became Director of HSAI Raintree and General Manager of its property, Discovery Suites, from 1999 to 2005. He was the youngest general manager in the Philippines during his time. Mr. Tuason also founded Ambergris Solutions (now known as TELUS International Philippines).

A registered and licensed architect with more than 15 years experience in carrying out projects in the planning and design of residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional developments and land use planning, urban design, and urban planning projects in the Philippines and abroad. He is the past National President of the National Real Estate Association, the past Chapter President of the UAP QC Elliptical Chapter, and the Vice Chairman of the Philippine Bamboo Project of the UAP. He is also a member of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Council for Architecture of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as evaluator. He has completed the training for the Design for Greater Efficiency (DfGE) conducted by the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group and Project Management. Currently taking up Master in Management major in Environmental Planning and has earned units in Master of Science in Construction Management.

Arch. Noel E. Nicolas is a seasoned registered architect with over 39 years of professional experience in architectural design, project management, and education. He is a faculty member at De La Salle College of Saint Benilde's School of Design and Arts, where he currently leads the Technical Design Track and has contributed significantly to the development of the Architecture program over the past 15 years. Arch. Nicolas has a diverse portfolio, having designed multi-storey timber houses, cinemas, worship halls, and mixed-use developments. His expertise spans residential, commercial, and institutional projects, including notable works like the Crossroad 77 Convention Center in Quezon City. A former District Director of the United Architects of the Philippines, he has also served on various UAP committees and continues to be an active contributor to the architectural community. Arch. IDr. Regina Viola Cello-Caboborac is a licensed interior designer and educator with over 15 years of professional experience. She is currently a part-time professor at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, where she teaches subjects such as Interior Design Theories, Furniture Design, and Professional Practice. In addition to her academic role, Regina runs a successful design and build business, managing residential, commercial, and corporate projects across the Philippines. Her expertise covers all aspects of design, from planning and material selection to construction supervision and custom furniture creation. Cecile also co-founded Atleta Ako Inc., a company focused on importing sports apparel, organizing races, and supporting women and children through charitable initiatives. Carandang, Larry

Larry Carandang currently holds the position of Principal Architect and Interior Designer at Concepts & Designs Architecture & Interior Designs Consulting & Contracting. He has made remarkable contributions to his field, including being the first Filipino to publish a book on Computer-Aided Design (CAD) in 1998. The book was widely used as a reference by college students for several years. Larry's work extends beyond architecture and design, as he is also a published contributor for renowned publications like BluPrint and Space, Arts & Travel Magazine. Larry's academic background is as impressive as his professional achievements. He holds dual degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas (UST) and a degree in Computer Applications from De La Salle University (DLSU) Manila. Further enriching his expertise, he pursued a postgraduate degree in Construction Management from the University of the East (UE). Prior to his current role, Larry served as the Program Chair for the Architecture and Interior Design programs at De La Salle College of Saint Benilde, demonstrating his dedication to educating the next generation of architects and designers.

Angela Gabrielle Loreno was trained as an architect and a researcher. Her work as a researcher explores the frontiers of building science and digital architecture. Her dedication lies in expanding the understanding of these domains through the investigation of novel technologies and approaches that transform the potential of architectural planning and building. She has a diverse portfolio of architecture projects, spanning both local and international assignments. While concurrently managing a start-up design firm, she is also a practicing lecturer and artist. She uses her artistic activities as a conduit for her creativity outside of the fields of academia and practice. She investigates the relationship between art and architecture using a variety of media, looking for inspiration in her surroundings to give her projects a distinct aesthetic sensibility. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree at the University of the Philippines, Diliman.

She currently works with established brands like Lucky Me, Lemon Square, Emperador Brandy, Development Bank of The Philippines, San Mig Coffee, and has recently served as a preliminary jury in Google’s YouTube Awards 2022 and the Digital Marketing Association of the Philippines’ Digital Young Creators 2023 Competition. John Paul Catedrilla a registered and a practicing architect in the Philippines, Belgium and the Middle East. He finished his Master’s degree in Belgium with a major in International Architecture Sustainability and Resiliency. As an architect, his professional expertise spans designing mixed-use buildings and hospitality developments. He also has a diverse experience in designing highly thematic environments such as museums and resorts. In Belgium, most of his recent projects revolve around heritage building restoration. In the extent of his career as an architect, he received numerous awards, such as young designer of the year at the Guangzhou Design Conference in 2008. He also attended several architectural events and conferences worldwide, such as the 100 years of Bauhaus celebration in Dessau, Germany, as a collaborator. Fanatic of architectural sustainability and resiliency, he established his own architectural firm with two university friends based in Ghent, Belgium, in 2018. As an endeavor to go back to his roots, the future goal is to expand the firm in Asia, particularly in the Philippines. Splitting his time between Belgium and the Philippines, he took the opportunity to share his knowledge and expertise by working part-time in academia, where he finds an enormous sense of gratification.

As of now, he is teaching at Ateneo, CIIT, Enderun and University of Makati handling graphic design, storyboarding, illustration, portfolio, compos- iting and a host of other subjects as long as it’s all about creativity and serves as technical adviser for thesis students. As an industry practitioner (until now), this guy has no intention of step- ping on the brakes. His exposure to the real-world which he brings to the classroom is what makes for a unique learning experience for his stu- dents. Adept at maximizing the capabilities of the Adobe Creative Suite to create a shorter turn-around time for deadly deadlines, Mr Paul Vitug knows the value of time and the devastasting consequences it will bring when not properly handled.

She has an impressive imprint on the field of architecture with the publications and peer-reviewed journals she authored as an educator and as recipient of research and fellowship grants from the Asian Cultural Council, New York, an affiliate of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund (2004) and from the Ministry of Education, Culture & Sports of Spain (2000-2001) and (1999- 2000). Her published book The Imperial Tapestry: The American Colonial Architecture in the Philippines (UST Publishing House, 2008) was awarded the Gawad San Alberto Magno Best Book, last February 27, 2009, by the University of Santo Tomas and the UST Faculty Union. Another of her research work, “The Roles of the Plaza, A Philippine Experience” is a chapter in the book “Public Places in Asia Pacific Cities: Current Issues and Strategies” (Kluwer Academic Publishers of Netherlands, 2001). She merges the concepts and disciplines of the east and the west in her teaching in Enderun but in her own practice, as well, as a wellness &finess practitioner focusing on postural alignment. She is a bodyworker that combines exercises and clinical massage therapy to fix one's aches & pains and posture & joint alignment. She teaches cross training that combines different disciplines that she is not only offering in her home studio, but now in a jungle gym/jungle aerial arts rustic yoga place in union. Coach Phil is a highly experienced physical education instructor with seven years of teaching experience. Holding a Bachelor of Sports Science degree, Coach Phil brings a strong foundation in athletic performance and human movement principles to the classroom. Estranero, Genevieve

With over three decades of experience in teaching, management, and research, Genevieve is a passionate advocate for student success. A Licensed Civil Engineer and a Licensed Teacher, she holds a BSCE degree from the University of San Agustin - Iloilo City, combining technical expertise with a strong academic foundation. She further honed her skills by earning a Master’s Degree in Teaching Physics and a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management from De La Salle University - Manila, equipping her with a unique blend of technical knowledge and educational leadership. During her tenure as a Math and Science Professor at Colegio San Agustin, she spearheaded transformative initiatives including the establishment of the College Department, Research Coordinating Center, Planning and Development Office, and the Senior High School STEM Strand. Genevieve's dedication to excellence inspires students to reach their full potential and embrace a future of endless possibilities.

Chu, Rosario

Dr. Rosario Chu is the new head of the General Education area. She holds a doctorate in Psychology, a master’s degree in education, and an ongoing master’s degree in business (GMBA) at Providence University, Taiwan. Attended a graduate diploma program about Buddhism and Psychology at Nan Tien Institute, Sydney Australia in 2024. Former Dean of De La Salle Araneta University (DLSAU), she steered the General Education, Psychology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and NSTP Programs. She also supervised the establishment and launch of DLSAU’s senior high school in 2018.

Verano, Archie

Angelito "Archie" Verano III is an experienced sports development officer, basketball and bowling coach, and administrator with over a decade of expertise in grassroots sports, coaching, and youth development. He has successfully managed various sports programs, enhanced athlete performance, and overseen logistics for major sporting events, demonstrating a strong commitment to holistic athlete development. Archie holds an academic background in development studies and sports sciences, complemented by professional certifications in coaching. His work reflects a deep passion for empowering young athletes and building sustainable sports communities through strategic planning, mentorship, and inclusive program design.

Gico, Jesurey

Jesurey Gico is a dedicated PE, Health, and Music teacher with more than 10 years of teaching experience. He is passionate about promoting holistic development among learners by integrating physical fitness, wellness awareness, and artistic expression in his classes. His commitment to students’ growth goes beyond the classroom, actively supporting school events and programs that build teamwork, discipline, and character. With his strong background in sports and performing arts, he continuously seeks innovative ways to make learning engaging, purposeful, and values-driven. Diaz, Cynthia

General Education

Cynthia Grace L. Diaz is an experienced educator and instructional leader with 24 years of university-level teaching, including 15 years of academic service as College Secretary—second-in-command to the Dean—at the University of the East College of Education. Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to teacher education, curriculum development, and the creative integration of technology in learning. She holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in English, and a Master of Arts in Education, major in English as a Second Language, both from the University of the East. She is currently at the final stage of her dissertation writing for the Doctor of Philosophy in Education, major in Educational Leadership and Management, at De La Salle University. Ms. Diaz also served as Visiting Fellow and Team Leader at Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia, where she co-designed the program proposal that was awarded an Australia Awards Fellowship on "Fostering Digital Literacy: Developing Multimedia Modules for Educational Leadership and Innovative Teaching". Her work as a consultant, author, and trainer with international agencies such as UNESCO, UNICEF, and SEAMEO INNOTECH has focused on enhancing teacher training, digital citizenship, and open educational resources across Southeast Asia. Her academic interests lie in fostering blended learning environments, reflective teaching practices, and inclusive instructional design. A passionate advocate for community outreach, she has led creative educational projects blending pedagogy with the arts—from puppet and mime productions to multimedia storytelling for young learners. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, the theater, and the occasional quiet café where ideas, conversations and coffee flow freely.

Torres, Eddie E

An accomplished powerlifter with over three decades of experience in the powerlifting community producing the highest all-time records in Philippine powerlifting and producing numerous gold medals and international records for the country as both athlete and coach. Numerous administrative & functional contributions as president of the Powerlifting Association of the Philippines, secretary-general of the Asian Powerlifting Federation, and as a member of the Ethics & Disciplinary Committee of the International Powerlifting Federation.

Florene Mae Lakip

General Education

Ms. Florene Mae D. Lakip graduated cum laude and was a recipient of the General Academic Excellence Award from the College of Education, University of the Philippines-Diliman. She also holds a Master in Education degree, emphasis on Language Education, which was obtained from the same state university. Prior to Enderun Colleges, Ms. Lakip was with Miriam College and Claret School of Quezon City as an English teacher and Homeroom adviser. Her work experience of nearly two decades that ranges from planning to implementing English curriculum equips her well in teaching Purposive Communication, Literature, and Senior High School subjects at Enderun.

Ramnani, Priya

General Education

Ms. Ramnani finished her bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts at Miriam College, and is taking up her master’s in Reading at the Ateneo de Manila University. Prior to Enderun, she was a faculty member of the Claret School of Quezon City, San Benildo Integrated School, and marketing assistant and lecturer teaching Technical Writing at World Citi College.

Loh, Luciana

General Education

Luciana Tan Loh is a pure-blooded Chinese born and raised in the Manila. Ms. Lu has been tutoring and teaching Mandarin at all levels and other academic subjects for more than 40 years. She had her lower and upper school Catholic education at Immaculate Conception Academy, Greenhills. She finished BS Psychology in University of Santo Tomas. She is a licensed Optometrist and teacher of secondary education major in Biological Science. She had her Masters in Education major in Special Education at Miriam College. She had her training in Mandarin for Tertiary Level Teachers with Confucius Institute at Ateneo de Manila University, Quezon City. With her years of dealing with students from age 4 to 24, not only does she teach academics, but she also helps mold students to be wholesome individuals in the future.

Aquino, Gerardo

General Education

Mr. Aquino acquired his bachelor’s degree in Education, majoring in Filipino, from Philippine Normal University. He previously taught at Concordia College in Manila, and has headed the Filipino Department of the College of Arts and Sciences at Manila Doctors College. He is taking his master’s in Teaching, majoring in Filipino, at the Graduate School of Philippine Normal University.

Sarmiento, Alexi

Ms. Alunan teaches Spanish language and culture. She earned her bachelor's degree in Humanities and master's in Education at the Ateneo de Manila University. Prior to Enderun, Ms. Alunan taught Spanish and English to elementary and college students. Aside from Spanish, she can speak conversational Tagalog, Ilonggo, and basic Mandarin.
