Jean Diaz joins the BSBA Financial Management faculty with strong global expertise in international tax, transfer pricing, and tax policy.
She holds a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Oxford and is a Certified Public Accountant. Her professional experience spans PwC and Johnson & Johnson, where she worked on global tax planning, transfer pricing, business restructuring, tax audit readiness, BEPS documentation, and cross-border tax governance across multiple jurisdictions.
She has also recently been selected for the inaugural Global Tax Fairness Fellowship, through which she will work with the South Centre in Geneva from September 2026 to March 2027. Her fellowship work will support research and policy initiatives related to international taxation and the ongoing UN Tax Convention negotiations.
Her profile strengthens the BSBA FM program’s global, policy-aware, and ethically grounded approach to taxation and financial management.
