Our Faculty

Members of Enderun Colleges' faculty reflect the school's international scope and character. Drawn from all across the globe, the faculty members are a diverse group of academics, full-time professors, industry professionals, and prominent business leaders. Enderun faculty members are more than teachers: they are consultants, advisors and mentors, who build partnerships with students, and who help lay the foundations for their students' success, in both the classroom and life.

    <b>Abano</b>, Ramon Miguel Abano, Ramon Miguel Listening to Customer Mr. Abano obtained his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines, Diliman. Then, he worked at ACNielsen Philippines as a Client Service Executive. Among his clients were Philip Morris, Honda, Watson’s, and Johnson&Johnson’s. Prior to Enderun, Mr. Abano worked at Globe Telecom as a CRM Project Consultant. He spearheaded the development of a CRM system which manager customer database and activity.
  • Alejandria, Maria Carinnes, M.Ed.

    <b>Alejandria</b>, Maria Carinnes, M.Ed. Alejandria, Maria Carinnes, M.Ed. Cultural Anthropology Ms. Alejandria specializes in social science research, development, and education. She finished her bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, majoring in Anthropology and Political Science, from the University of the Philippines (UP) Baguio, and her master’s from Palawan State University (PSU). While conducting classes at PSU as instructor, she was junior research specialist for the school’s Center for Strategic Policy and Governance. Ms. Alejandria also teaches at University of Santo Tomas, and is currently finishing her doctorate in Anthropology at UP Diliman.

    <b>Alunan-Sarmiento</b>, Alexi, MA Alunan-Sarmiento, Alexi, MA Beginning, Elementary and Intermediate Spanish Ms. Alunan teaches Spanish language and culture. She earned her bachelor's degree in Humanities and master's in Education at the Ateneo de Manila University. Prior to Enderun, Ms. Alunan taught Spanish and English to elementary and college students. Aside from Spanish, she can speak conversational Tagalog, Ilonggo, and basic Mandarin.

    <b>Ancheta</b>, Robert, MA Ancheta, Robert, MA Intermediate English Mr. Ancheta graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English at Silliman University before obtaining a degree in Political Science from the same university. He pursued his master’s in Education, major in Educational Management at Saint Columbian College in Pagadian City. Prior to Enderun, he was the faculty head of the College of Arts and Technology at Cosmopoint International Institute of Technology (CIIT) where he taught English Grammar, Academic Writing, Business Correspondence and Humanities.

    <b>Aquino</b>, Gerardo Aquino, Gerardo Sining ng Pakikipagtalastasan Mr. Aquino acquired his bachelor’s degree in Education, majoring in Filipino, from Philippine Normal University. He previously taught at Concordia College in Manila, and has headed the Filipino Department of the College of Arts and Sciences at Manila Doctors College. He is taking his master’s in Teaching, majoring in Filipino, at the Graduate School of Philippine Normal University.

    <b>Ardivilla</b>, Jose Santos Ardivilla, Jose Santos World History Famous cartoonist Jose Ardivilla obtained his bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and master’s in Art Studies from the University of the Philippines, Diliman. He used to be an Art Director for Manila Standard and a Cartoonist for The Philippine Star. Mr. Ardivilla was also a writer for various print and online publications— Manila Standard Today, GMA7 Online, spot.ph to name a few.
  • Arrojo, Mary Ann

    <b>Arrojo</b>, Mary Ann Arrojo, Mary Ann Food and Beverage Management and Cost Control Ms. Arrojo finished her bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of the Philippines, Diliman. She also earned a Graduate Certificate in Teaching from the University of Makati. Apart from being part-time faculty at St. Paul University Quezon City, teaching lecture and laboratory classes in Catering Management and F&B Cost Control, she is cost control associate at New World Hotel Makati City Manila. Ms. Arrojo passed the Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET).

    <b>Baculinao</b>, Jwyn Lim Baculinao, Jwyn Lim Fundamentals of Physical Fitness Mr. Baculinao is a Physical Fitness instructor at Enderun. He used to be a gym instructor at Pro-Gym and was an Assistant Athletic Trainer for Shell- Turbo Chargers. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Science his master’s in Human Movement Science from the University of the Philippines. Mr. Baculinao knows three languages: Filipino, English, and conversational Mandarin.

    <b>Berba</b>, Patricia, MBA Berba, Patricia, MBA Project Management Ms. Berba earned her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at the University of the Philippines and her master’s in International Business from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. She has over 18 years of experience in global, regional, and local business improvement projects and operations and has worked in companies such as IBM, Procter & Gamble, and Philips Consumer Electronics.

    <b>Caguioa</b>, Suzanne, Llanera, MBA Caguioa, Suzanne, Llanera, MBA Principles of Marketing, Business Communication Ms. Caguioa teaches courses in Marketing, Public Relations, and other communications subject to freshmen and sophomore college students. She was a lecturer at Entrepreneurship School of Asia and Thames International Business School and taught courses in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, and Business Communications.

    <b>Canoy</b>, Jessielyn , MBA Canoy, Jessielyn , MBA Principles of Marketing Ms. Canoy is a graduate of Miriam Colleges with a degree in Business Administration. Then, she obtained a master's degree in Business Administration at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. Ms. Canoy is a part-time professor at Enderun, teaching Principles of Marketing. She is the Vice President, Client Retention and Development Team of Marsh Asia.

    <b>Capati</b>, Ariel Capati, Ariel Biology Mr. Capati obtained his bachelor’s degree in Education, major in General Science from National Teachers College, and his master’s in Biology at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. Mr. Capati taught Science-specialized subjects at San Beda College, Colegio de San Agustin, and St. Scholastica’s College.

    <b>Carlos</b>, Patrick Carlos, Patrick Cross-Cultural Communication Mr. Carlos teaches Cross-Cultural Communication at Enderun. He was the Senior Vice President for Bank and Assets Marketing at HSBC, responsible for creating and implementing marketing promotions. He graduated with a degree in Management Economics from Ateneo de Manila University
  • Castro , Bel, MA

    <b>Castro </b>, Bel, MA Castro , Bel, MA Assistant Dean, College of Hospitality Management

    Ms. Castro earned her Psychology degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1985, which led her to the fields of advertising, public relations, events management, and line production. After nearly 15 years in the business, she chose to earn a one-year Certificate IV in Restaurant Operations at Le Cordon Bleu in Australia, a course she finished with "High Distinction." In 2003, Ms. Castro became the first Filipino and the first Asian to be awarded an MA in Gastronomy, a double-badged program of Le Cordon Bleu and the University of Adelaide in South Australia, also finishing with "High Distinction."

    Her personal interests are centered on food history, cuisine, and culture. Her research in these fields has led to invitations to present her work on two separate occasions at the Symposium of Australian Gastronomy, and also at the prestigious Oxford Symposium of Food and Cookery. Bel Castro is WSET Certified and holds a Level 3 Award in Wine & Spirits.

  • Chalopin, Marc

    <b>Chalopin</b>, Marc Chalopin, Marc Basic Culinary Arts, Advanced Culinary Arts, Regional French Cuisine Ducasse Education handpicked French Chef Marc Chalopin as the executive chef of Ducasse Institute Philippines, to maintain the standards of Alain Ducasse and ensure that the philosophy, culinary principles and techniques are properly transmitted to students. He has 32 years of kitchen and teaching experience. He worked with two of the most exceptional and world-acclaimed chefs, Joel Robuchon first and then with Alain Ducasse at the 59 Poincaré of Le Relais du Parc. He worked again for three years with Joel Robuchon and six years with Louis Grondard in restaurant Drouant, where the academy that confers the French literary award Prix Goncourt converges annually. He also worked with Alain Reix at the Eiffel Tower restaurant Jules Verne in Paris. After many years of experience in the restaurants, he decided to transmit his know-how joining Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and then as its opening executive chef in Seoul, South Korea. Chef Chalopin joined Ducasse Education and Enderun in 2008 to supervise the culinary program in Manila, control the quality of instructors and curriculum, teach advanced culinary classes, as well as partner with suppliers to get the best produce, materials, and equipment available.
  • Choi, In Sik

    <b>Choi</b>, In Sik Choi, In Sik Taekwondo Mr. Choi is a licensed Taekwondo instructor, as well as a coach for the Philippine Korean Soccer Association, Philippine Korean Sports Association, and the Philippine Korean Taekwondo Association. Mr. Choi finished his studies at Incheon University, majoring in Physical Education. He is a 4th grade Dan holder in Taekwondo, 1st grade Dan holder in Judo, and a 4th grade Dan holder in Geomdo.
  • Clarkson, James, PhD

    <b>Clarkson</b>, James, PhD Clarkson, James, PhD Introduction to Philosophy Dr. James Clarkson is the Dean of General Education and Liberal Arts at Enderun Colleges. He earned his undergraduate, master’s, and doctorate degrees at the University of Chicago, and has taught at the Universities of Michigan and Hawaii over the course of 15 years. In addition to conducting undergraduate and graduate lectures, Mr. Clarkson supervised thesis and dissertation writing in Southeast Asian Studies and Geography, and acted as outside panel for the departments of Anthropology, History, and Education. From 1983 to 2000, he did consulting work on economic development in countries such as Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, and Bangladesh. A devoted scholar, Dr. Clarkson earned a certificate in Business Administration from Warwick University and has completed two years of online law studies with Concord University in the United States.

    <b>Clemente</b>, Jose, III Clemente, Jose, III Travel and Tours Mr. Baculinao earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from St. Mary’s College of California. Prior to Enderun, he was the Sales and Marketing Director of Moevenpick Resort and Spa in Cebu City and the Managing Director of Worldwalker Destinations, Inc., a Philippine tours company. He teaches Travel and Tours at Enderun.
  • Concio, Josephine

    <b>Concio</b>, Josephine Concio, Josephine Fundamentals of Marketing Management: Modern Marketing Strategies Ms. Concio obtained her bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of the Philippines, Diliman. Her work experience started at Mandarin Oriental, Manila where she worked as a Guest History Manager, then as a Marketing Services Manager. Since then, she concentrated on the field of Marketing, and was responsible for various campaigns such as the I CHOOSE campaign, I CHOOSE PEACE campaign.

    <b>Cuaresma</b>, Jovel Bernardo, PhD Cuaresma, Jovel Bernardo, PhD Basic Finance Dr. Cuaresma obtained his BS in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University, his MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Management, and PhD in Management from the International Academy of Management and Economics (IAME). He has done various management consultancies for private corporations, government agencies, and non-government organizations, on various functional areas such as human resource, community development, investment management, business strategy, marketing, financial management, and information technology. He has also taught at the Ateneo de Manila University, Miriam College, IAME, Warnborough University (London), and the Entrepreneurship Institute of Australia, both for undergraduate and post-graduate levels. Dr. Cuaresma is the club moderator of Recordatio. "

    <b>De Garriz</b>, Greg, MS De Garriz, Greg, MS Human Resource Training and Development Mr. De Garriz has 22 years’ experience in the Human Resources field. He managed the pre-opening of Park Inn by Radisson Davao and created a Corporate Human Resources and Training Department for the Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts and Laguna Resorts Hotels in Phuket, Thailand. He was also the Director of Human Resources at the Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu.

    <b>De Jesus</b>, Brian De Jesus, Brian Basic Computer Mr. De Jesus has more than 13 years’ experience in enterprise software solution development. He also has full experience in the entire software development lifecycle including project management, client engagement, software architecture design, database design, coding, testing, deployment, support, and technical training. He graduated from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Mr. De Jesus worked for companies such as Northwest Airlines, Pointwest Technologies Corp., and Coca-Cola as a Solution Architect.

    <b>de los Reyes</b>, Alfred de los Reyes, Alfred Beginning Japanese After earning BS in Civil Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology, Mr. delos Reyes started learning Japanese, from Basic to Advanced, at the Nihongo Center Foundation. He further earned the Teacher Training Program Certificate at the Philippine Institute of Japanese Language and Culture and the Long Term Teacher Training Program for Overseas Japanese Language Teachers Certificate from the Japanese Language Institute in Saitama, Japan. He has taught Japanese at the Nihongo Center Foundation, Adamson University, De La Salle Zobel High School, San Beda College Alabang. He is currently a reporter/researcher of Mainichi Newspapers's Manila Bureau. Mr. also has eight years of Spanish language education at Instituto Cervantes Manila.

He was room service manager at The Peninsula New York, F&B manager at Paramount Hotel in New York, room service and special events manager at Jean Georges in Trump International Hotel and Towers, and operations manager at Shaping Hospitality Now.

    <b>Dionisio</b>, Stephanie Ann, MBA Dionisio, Stephanie Ann, MBA Entrepreneurship and Business Planning, Fashion Research and Marketing Stephanie Dionisio graduated with a degree in Communication Technology and Minor in Information Technology from the Ateneo De Manila University. Then, she moved to Los Angeles to study Apparel Manufacturing Management at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and graduated as Magna Cum Laude in her class. After graduation, she landed a job with Ragg Footwear and designed shoes for well-known U.S. retailers such as Nordstrom, Macy’s, Amazon, Shoebuy, and Zappos. After a year, Stephanie moved to Florida to pursue her master’s degree in Stetson University. She graduated as Summa cum Laude.

    <b>Dolor</b>, Ramon, MA Dolor, Ramon, MA Humanities, Introduction to Philosophy, Cultural Anthropology Mr. Dolor handles courses in Humanities at Enderun. He graduated with a degree in Philosophy at San Beda College, and pursued his master's in Philosophy at the De La Salle University. He also taught courses in Humanities and Liberal Arts at Assumption College, De La Salle University, and St. Scholastica's College to name a few.

    <b>Dowling</b>, Marisa Dowling, Marisa Housekeeping Procedures Ms. Dowling was the Executive Housekeeper of Crown Hotels in Melbourne, Australia, for five years before working for The Manila Peninsula. She was responsible for planning, developing, and implementing all administrative and operational activities of Housekeeping Departments. Ms. Dowling was awarded Manager of the Year by Crown Hotels in 2004. Ms. Dowling graduated with a Diploma in Catering and Hotel Operations at William Angliss College.

    <b>Ermita</b>, Cyril Ermita, Cyril Nutrition, Hygiene and Sanitary Systems Chef Cyril Ermita’s expertise is on bakery and pastry. He graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Prior to joining Enderun, Chef Cyril has worked at the pastry kitchen of Edsa Shangri-La Manila for eleven years. Chef Ermita is the club moderator of Culinaire, the official culinary arts student organization of Enderun Colleges.

    <b>Estrada</b>, Raymundo, MBA, CMA Estrada, Raymundo, MBA, CMA Strategic Management A graduate of Business Administration from Maryknoll College and later at The University of Texas at Austin for his Master of Business Administration with emphasis on Marketing and Management, Mr. Estrada teaches Strategic Management as well as other Entrepreneurship courses at Enderun. He is also a Lecturer at Miriam College where he teaches Integrated Marketing Communications and Brand Management.

    While based in the U.S., his professional experience included employment as a Senior Market Analyst for Gtech Corporation, the world's largest lottery systems provider and as an Implementation Manager for Fiserv, a Fortune 500 corporation. Presently, Mr. Estrada is locally engaged in Real Estate Management and Consulting.

    <b>Facundo</b>, Juergen , MBA Facundo, Juergen , MBA Basic Accounting and Management Accounting Mr. Facundo teaches Accounting classes at Enderun. He earned his bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University and his master's in Business Administration at the University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business. Mr. Facundo is also an assistant professor at Ateneo de Manila University's John Gokongwei School of Management. Aside from Tagalog and English, he can also speak German.

    <b>Felix</b>, Marissa, MADE Felix, Marissa, MADE Humanities, Philippine History, Government and Constitution, Internship Ms. Felix is the cluster head of Humanities and Sciences. She finished both her bachelor’s degree in Humanities, specializing in Education, and her master’s in Development Education, at the University of Asia and the Pacific. She taught at PAREF Woodrose School, Our Lord’s Grace Montessori, Assumption College, University of Asia and the Pacific, and De La Salle Canlubang. She is proprietress of Marfil Tutorial and Educational Systems and Services, as well as co-proprietress and principal of Blessed Angel Montessori School.

    <b>Florendo</b>, Allan Florendo, Allan Digital Marketing Mr. Florendo obtained his bachelor’s degree in Science major inManagement of Financial Institution at the De La Salle University. Prior to Enderun, he was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Groupon Philippines for two years before moving to SM Prime Holdings, Inc. as the Department Head of Marketing and Sponsorship, and Business Unit Head for Social Media Group. Mr. Florendo teaches Digital Marketing at Enderun.

    <b>Gacias</b>, Rosemarie Gacias, Rosemarie Rooms Division, Hotel Accounting Ms. Gacias is nationally recognized by the Homewood Suites by Hilton brand for managing a hotel with outstanding guest service scores out of over 250 hotels in the 2008 brand conference in San Diego, California. She became the general manager of five hotels in USA, the most recent being Hampton Inn Airport in Columbus, Ohio. Ms. Gacias earned her bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration at Washington State University. She speaks three languages: Filipino, English, and Chinese.

    <b>Galang</b>, Eric Galang, Eric Futsal, Cross Country Running Mr. Galang is the Futsal and Cross Country instructor at Enderun. He used to work at International School- Manila as a football coach. He earned his bachelor's degree in Marketing Management at San Beda College.
  • Galvez Tan, Riva Maria

    <b>Galvez Tan</b>, Riva Maria Galvez Tan, Riva Maria Entrepreneurship and Business Planning Ms. Galvez Tan earned her bachelor's degree in Management, majoring in Communication Technology Management from the Ateneo de Manila University and a recipient of the Ambrosio Padilla Award for Excellence in Academics and Sports. She is also the founder and Managing Director of The Natural Shelf-TNS Health Products Corp. and a lecturer for Marketing and Business Development at ABS-CBN Bayan Academy. Ms. Galvez Tan promotes a natural healthy lifestyle and initiates projects for the improvement of local communities.

    <b>Gan</b>, Wilson, MBA Gan, Wilson, MBA Principles of Marketing Mr. Gan is a graduate of bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, magna cum laude, from Ateneo de Manila University. He earned his master’s in Business Administration, major in Strategic Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he was awarded the Joseph Wharton Fellowship for professional and academic achievement. He was a systems analyst for employee services IT of Procter and Gamble Asia, before being a business development manager for IBM Business Services and the head of Customer Relationship Management Planning at Globe Telecom. Mr. Gan also worked as a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group in Singapore.
  • Gfeller, Markus

    <b>Gfeller</b>, Markus Gfeller, Markus Basic Culinary Arts, Regional French Cuisine, Kitchen Managemen Swiss national Chef Markus Gfeller has extensive experience working the menus of hotels and restaurants in Switzerland, Hawaii, and Manila, in various posts such as commis tournant, chef tournant, chef de cuisine, and sous chef. After going through the three-year apprentice program at the Culinary School in Burgdorf, Switzerland, he further enhanced his skills by taking courses in Basic Fine Dining Service and Oenology in Zürich, and obtaining a management diploma at the National Hotel and Restaurant Management School in Bern. At present, he is chair and chief operating officer of Caspian Concepts, a hotel and restaurant concept development firm, and Beluga Meal Solutions, a passenger service concessionaire for WG&A SuperFerry. He also co-owns CAV, an innovative wine bar located at Fort Bonifacio High Street.

    <b>Gillar</b>, Andreas Gillar, Andreas Basic Principles of Pastry and Bakery A native of Austria, executive pastry chef Andreas Gillar honed his expertise with close to twenty years of international experience. He acquired his education in the School for Pastry and Bakery in Baden, after which he graduated as Master Confectioner at the Master School for Pastry in Vienna. He worked as pastry chef consultant at Hotel Caravelle in Saigon, then as executive pastry chef for Café Wien in Jakarta. He was corporate pastry chef as well of Hashoo Group, which owns and operates two Marriott Hotels and seven Pearl Continental Hotels in Karachi, Pakistan. His most recent post prior to joining Enderun was as executive pastry chef of The Peninsula Manila.

    <b>Go</b>, Hudson, MA Go, Hudson, MA General Psychology Mr. Go's area of expertise is in Psychology. He was a member of the Department of Psychology of the University of the Philippines, Diliman and taught General Psychology, Personality Psychology, and Abnormal Psychology. He earned his master's in Psychology, with particular interest in Clinical Psychology. He is also a volunteer in the Starfish Palliative Care Program of San Lazaro Hospital as a HIV/AIDS Trainer and Counselor.

    <b>Goebel</b>, Udo, PhD Goebel, Udo, PhD Humanities, Introduction to Philosophy Dr. Goebel earned his AB in Pastoral Studies from Liberty University in Virginia, his MA in Theology from the Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Massachusetts, and his PhD in Theology at the Loyola School of Theology at the Ateneo de Manila University. He has been teaching Philosophy for seven years, along with other subjects such as Church History, Christian Ethics, Intercultural Studies, and graduate-level History of Christian Thought, for institutions such as the Asian Seminary of Christian Ministries and the International Graduate School of Leadership.

    <b>Guantes</b>, Maria Cecilia, CPA, MA Guantes, Maria Cecilia, CPA, MA Basic Accounting Ms. Guantes obtained her bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accountancy and her master's degree in Finance from the University of the Philippines, Diliman. She was a full-time assistant professor at the University of the Philippines handling Advanced Accounting, Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Business Finance and a part-time accounting lecturer at the University of Asia and the Pacific and the Ateneo de Manila University. Ms. Guantes also worked for SGV & Co. as a Staff auditor and an Accounting Manager for Dacon Group of Companies.

Prior to Enderun, he was the Assistant Vice President for Supply Chain of McDonald’s Philippines. Mr. Hizon pursued a teaching career because he wants to share his knowledge in restaurant management and operations.

    <b>Horrigan</b>, Bobby Horrigan, Bobby Advanced Hotel Operations Mr. Horrigan graduated from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland, and further honed his management expertise at the School of Hotel Administration of Cornell University. He is an experienced hotelier who has worked for properties like Grand Hyatt Hong Kong and Olympia Courtyard Suites. He was the vice president/general manager of hotel operations of HSAI-Raintree. He previously ran two properties: Discovery Suites in Ortigas Center and Discovery Country Suites in Tagaytay. Mr. Horrigan is also board director of the Hotel and Restaurant Association of the Philippines (HRAP). Currently, Mr. Horrigan is the General Manager of Acacia Hotel in Alabang.

    <b>Ignacio</b>, Marivic, MPA, CMA, CFrA Ignacio, Marivic, MPA, CMA, CFrA Accounting Ms. Ignacio graduated cum laude and the Area Awardee for Business Administration at Maryknoll College. She also holds a Master in Professional Accounting degree, emphasis on Controls and Systems, from The University of Texas at Austin. She obtained her certification in Public Accountancy from the Texas State Board of Public Accountants.

    Before being President and Chairman of the Board of Unirock Corporation, a family-owned construction company founded in 1967, she worked for Schlumberger Oilfield Services in Texas as the controller of its Manufacturing Financial Services, North America. Marivic also possesses 10 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry as a restaurant owner. Her diverse work experience that ranges from that of a Fortune 500 to a number of SME operations equips her well in teaching Accounting and Finance courses at Enderun.

His work experience includes three years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and with FEMSA/Coca-Cola FEMSA, Mexico as its Financial Information Manager. Here in its Philippine operations, he is the Financial Process Manager. A native of Mexico, Enrique obtained his bachelor's degree from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios de Monterrey, and then his master's degree in Business Administration from the Escuela de Graduados en Administración y Dirección de Empresas.

    <b>Kaspar</b>, Martin Kaspar, Martin Regional French Cuisine Chef Kaspar is a graduate of Professional Chefs School in Solothurn, Switzerland. He joined Hyatt Regency Hotel, Manila as a sous chef, then moved to The Manila Hotel as the executive chef, heading 560 rooms, 9 outlets, and banquet facilities for up to 2800 people. He was also the chef and F&B director of Swissôtel Sydney in Australia and member of its executive committee. At present, Chef Kaspar runs the restaurant Entrecote.

She was formerly First Vice President for Information Technology of BANCO DE ORO UNIVERSAL BANK, the Banking arm of the SM Group of Companies, where she has served in various senior management capacities for more than 20 years. Her portfolio includes principally the organization and management of IT Groups of various banking institutions. She has pioneered in the Philippines the successful implementation of a fully distributed and integrated system for deposits and automated teller machines supported by a wide-area infrastructure. She was formerly the President of the BANKERS INSTITUTE OF THE PHILIPPINE for FY 2008-2009 which in 1987 bestowed on her the Pearl Award, the highest professional award given to a member of the Institute and the Leadership and Life Sustaining Membership Awards in 2009.

    Dr. King finished her Post Graduate Studies with the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Development at the SOUTHEAST ASIA INTERDISCIPLINARY DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration degree at the UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX ONLINE in Phoenix, Arizona. She has an MBA from the ATENEO GRADUATE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES.

    She is currently Faculty Chair – Information Technology of the ATENEO GRADUATE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS.     Dr. Lee is a Professor of Economics working for Yeungnam University in Korea. He taught Development Economics at West Virginia University for two years before he joined the faculty of Yeungnam in 1991. Since then, he has been teaching Economics at Yeungnam for 23 years. He also taught at the College of William and Mary in Virginia and also at the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania.

    At Yeungnam University, he has held a number of administrative posts including, among others, Associate Dean of the College of Business and Economics, Director of Foreign Language Institute and, most recently, Director of the Center for Project Development and Administrative Support, at the Institute for International Development Cooperation. He also served as Associate Dean for External Relations at the Park Chung Hee School of Policy and Saemaul.

    He has also gained extensive field experiences in the context of globalizing Saemaul Undong – Korea’s New Community Development Movement. He has conducted feasibility studies, post-project evaluations, Record of Discussion consultations and other activities in a number of different countries.

    Dr. Lee has received multiple recognitions from the President of Yeungnam University for his distinction in teaching and excellence in student services.

    A Communication Arts major from the Ateneo de Manila University, Chef Montinola then earned her Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Switzerland’s Ecole Les Roches in 1993. She channeled her energies into the hospitality industry, handling food and beverage departments of prominent Manila hotels such as the Mandarin Oriental and the Hotel InterContinental. Since 1999, she has set up and managed her own restaurant in Old Manila, La Cocina de Tita Moning. From 2004 to 2005, she earned her culinary credentials at the Center for Asian Culinary Studies in Manila and the Culinary Institute of America in New York.

    Chef Montinola also served as a freelance writer for publications such as Mega magazine, Food magazine, and Get Asia Philippines, contributing articles on food, restaurants, recipes, and cooking techniques.

Prior to Enderun, Mr. Morfe was the Assistant Taekwondo Coach of De La Salle University and De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. He used t be the head Coach of the Philippine Taekwondo Association Junior National Team. Mr. Morfe represented the Philippine Taekwondo team in a number of competitions including the 2003 South East Asian Games at Vietnam, where he won a gold medal.

Prior to Enderun, Chef Punzalan worked at Mandarin Oriental Hotel's The Tivoli Fine Dining Restaurant as a Commis 3: Entremetier and Rotisserie. He was responsible for preparing the mis en place for ala carte and group menus.

Professor Reyes is a graduate of the University of the Philippines, Diliman with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration. He served as a butler for the Grand Hyatt in Hong Kong for two years and then became an Assistant Manager for Kublai's Restaurant Co. He also became the Operating Partner of ATTHECAF CO., the school canteen of PAREF Woodrose in Alabang.

    <b>Rodriguez</b>, Edgardo, PhD Rodriguez, Edgardo, PhD Dr. Edgardo Rodriguez is the President of Enderun Colleges. He earned his MBA in The East-West Center at the University of Hawaii, and his doctorate in Management Sciences and Statistics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, New York. He was also part of the Special Program in Development Economics at Harvard University. He worked in The World Bank in Washington, D.C., culminating a career there as head of the bank’s Corporate Budget Unit. He then worked as a management specialist at the Asian Development Bank in Manila and retired as executive secretary to the Development Effectiveness Committee of the Board of Directors. While growing in his corporate career, he also taught for fourteen years at graduate schools in the United States, as associate professor at Graduate School of Industrial Engineering of Rutgers University in New Jersey, then as adjunct professor of Management and Information Sciences at The American University in Washington, D.C., and at Virginia Polytechnic Institute in Virginia. He is concurrently president of XenXaTech, Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in business intelligence systems.

She used to be a writer for the Spanish online news website, www.e-dyario.com and a radio announcer of “Filipinas Ahora Mismo.” Ms. Rodriguez obtained her bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of the Philippines, and her master’s in Spanish at Universidad de Salamanca, Spain.

    Chef See Cheong Yan is the Culinary Head at Enderun Colleges. He is responsible for overseeing the Culinary Arts department, curriculum development, and spearheading all culinary courses since the school’s pre-opening. He graduated from Les Roches in Switzerland with a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Chef See also earned his Certificate in Business Administration, with honors, from Washington State University.

    In addition to his education credentials, Chef See has over 20 years worth of experience in the field of culinary arts worldwide, having worked at the Kempinski Hotel and Traders Hotel in China and at Bahnhof Buffet SBB Basel in Switzerland, among others. In the Philippines, Chef See has led the kitchen operations of Edsa Shangri-La, Hyatt Regency Manila and Tagaytay Highlands. Truly an international citizen, Chef See speaks English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese, Mandarin, French and Filipino fluently. In summer of 2008, Chef See also underwent training at Ducasse Education in France. In 2012, he was part of Philippine Airlines' Master Chef series, where renowned guest chefs restyled the in-flight menu with a variety of international cuisines.

She started her career as Food and Beverage Associate of Makati Shangri-La Hotel, and then Training Development Manager of STA Travel. She moved to Wealth Creation, Inc. as Administration and Customer Service Manager. She then became Account Manager of Sinag Inc. She has conducted undergraduate lectures at KDU College in Malaysia and other tertiary schools in the Philippines, such as University of the East, Lyceum of the Philippines, St. Paul University Quezon City, St. Scholastica's College and St. Paul University Manila.

    Ms. Tensuan is the vice-president for admissions and external relations of Enderun Colleges. She has over 14 years work experience in the hospitality industry, gaining expertise in both operations and marketing of hotels. She started her career at the Mandarin Oriental Manila in the food and beverage department, then joined the pre-opening team of EDSA Shangri-la Hotel where she honed her front office skills. She later became guest relations manager, then sales manager where she consistently brought in the highest contribution to the hotel's total room revenue. She became part of the pre-opening team of Discovery Suites as sales manager, then promoted to director of sales and marketing.

    At Enderun, she adds to her duties teaching the Advanced Hotel Sales and Marketing class and consultancy for hotels under the college’s extension arm. Ms. Tensuan earned her bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of the Philippines, Diliman. With a scholarship grant from EDSA Shangri-la Hotel, she attained a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Singapore Hotel and Tourism Education Centre (SHATEC). She also completed the Strategic Marketing Course in Asian Institute of Management (AIM).

    <b>Tuason</b>, Jack Tuason, Jack Tourism and Hospitality, Revenue and Yield Management Mr. Jack A. Tuason, who is a member of the Board of Trustees at Enderun Colleges, teaches Principles in International Tourism and Hospitality. He earned his BS in Hotel Administration from University of Las Vegas in Nevada. Mr. Tuason started his career as front office manager of Hyatt Regency Monterey, and then director of rooms division of Hyatt Regency San Francisco. He moved to Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts and was assigned to properties in Manila, Malacca, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore. He then concurrently became director of HSAI Raintree and general manager of its property, Discovery Suites, from 1999 to 2005. He is the youngest general manager during his time. Mr. Tuason also founded Ambergris Solutions (now known as Telus International Philippines).

Prior to joining Enderun, she was with Philippine Savings Bank at the Vice President of Customer Service Division.
