Leadership is learned. Then it is practiced.

The 3rd Ed. Rodriguez Memorial Cup was organized by students of the Enderun Leadership Program. They took charge of planning, coordination, and execution. They worked with partners. They delivered results.

What began as a tournament became a clear outcome. Funds raised will support Enderun student-athletes through scholarships and training.

This is what leadership looks like when you apply it beyond the classroom.
