Our students were the Overall Winner at the Great American Taste Culinary Competition held May 5th at the LPU Culinary Institute, in Intramuros, Manila. On top of the overall win, our students also won Best in Appetizer and Best in Main Course. Congratulations Tet Bautista, Neal Sia, and Randolf Sapitan who prepared the Evolution of Pho (Appetizer), Jambonette & Terrine (Main Course) and Modern Pecan Tart (Dessert).
