Jimenez, Joselito Ranara, PhD

Dr. Joselito Ranara Jimenez is the Dean of Enderun's College of Business, Technology, Entrepreneurship, and Economics. He brings a vast array of experiences from various leadership roles across the globe.
As the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of BOSES.PH, he spearheaded strategic and research direction, focusing on social surveys, market, and media research studies.
Serving as the Managing Director at Social Pulse Asia, he provided overall organizational leadership and directed research and project management efforts in social surveys and market research.
His tenure as a Research Fellow at institutions like De Montfort University in the UK and Osaka University in Japan involved investigating issues from migrant survival strategies to conflict resolution among migrants.
As Director of the Information Technology Department at Golden Arches Development Corporation (McDonald's Philippines), he managed the IT infrastructure for over 200 stores, showcasing his leadership and technological expertise.
His role as Enterprise Development Consultant for AgriCOOPh highlights his contribution to agricultural cooperatives, focusing on resource mobilization, business development, and agricultural diversification.
Dr. Jimenez’s career also includes significant contributions to academia as a lecturer at institutions such as Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University and Nagoya University of Commerce and Business, where he shared his knowledge on NGO management in Asia Pacific and operations strategy, respectively.
His entrepreneurial spirit is evident from his position as the Managing Director of Global Allied Services, where he led strategic direction, marketing, and overall leadership, contributing to several ongoing projects in web development, e-commerce, and learning management systems.
Dr. Jimenez’s commitment to social development is further demonstrated through his roles in the non-profit sector, where he has worked on projects focusing on coastal resources management, community development, and micro-credit for women entrepreneurs.
With an educational background that includes a PhD in Human Sciences from Osaka University, an MBA from Ateneo de Manila University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the same institution, Dr. Jimenez is a scholar deeply committed to using education to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and ethical business practices.

Amir Tohid, a Civil Engineer with an MBA in Multimedia Marketing, is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Analytics Effect, a digital consultancy firm based in the Philippines catering to local and regional clients in various industries. He has been invited as speaker and panelist in numerous digital events in the country including Content 360 Philippines (the first Content Marketing Conference in the Philippines), Analytics 2018 Philippines, DMCON (Digital Marketing Conference), Google Business Group BizFest, Philippine Retailers Community, Growth Hacking & Web Technologies for Business Success. Since 2018, he has been invited to judge at the annual national marketing competitions of MarkProf Foundation. He was also part of the jury at Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines Boomerang Awards 2022 where he judged various categories including Direct Marketing & CRM, Commerce, Social, Search, Data & Analytics, Small Budget, and UX & UI. He was also a speaker at the Philippine Digital Marketing Week 2023 conference which was held in July 2023. Amir teaches Digital Marketing at Enderun Colleges, De La Salle College of St. Benilde-School of Professional and Continuous Education (SPACE), General Assembly Malaysia, a global learning company with 33 campuses worldwide. He is also a marketing adviser at Southville International School affiliated with Foreign Universities (SISFU). Aileen Nanca is a dedicated educator and mentor with expertise in research, planning, and project management. She is currently finishing her second Masters in Urban and Regional Planning, a pathway that leads to a Dual Doctorate Program, a joint offering between UP-SURP and the Technical University of Dortmund (TUDo) in Germany, focusing on regional and district development planning. She also earned units in a PhD in Business, an MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Tourism from the University of the Philippines. As Consultant Adjunct Faculty, Aileen engages in research, coaching, internship advising, admissions interviews, and teacher support. Aileen's professional trajectory spans legislative work, corporate banking, entrepreneurship, and strategic oversight. Her roles have ranged from spearheading market development initiatives in financial institutions to steering business development for a start up logistics enterprise. Notably, she addressed key constituency issues for Quezon City's third district and provided strategic support for a presidential campaign. Aileen's significant involvement in crafting Guiuan, Eastern Samar's Ecological Profile underscores her enduring commitment to sustainability and community development. Lou Molina brings over 20 years of professional marketing experience, having worked with multinational companies recognized as top industry players in advertising, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG before transitioning to the education sector. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from De La Salle University and is pursuing her Masters in Development Communication at the University of the Philippines. Earlier in her career, Lou was a feature writer and earned recognition as an award-winning social entrepreneur. Lou is currently the College Program Development and Branding Director at Enderun Colleges. She teaches Integrated Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing for Enderun Colleges and Enderun Extension.

Dr. Lydia C. King is currently Department Head for Technology Management and was responsible for setting-up the BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN INFORMATION SYSTEMS degree program of the Enderun Colleges. She was formerly First Vice President for Information Technology of BANCO DE ORO UNIVERSAL BANK, the Banking arm of the SM Group of Companies, where she has served in various senior management capacities for more than 20 years. Her portfolio includes principally the organization and management of IT Groups of various banking institutions. She has pioneered in the Philippines the successful implementation of a fully distributed and integrated system for deposits and automated teller machines supported by a wide-area infrastructure. She was formerly the President of the BANKERS INSTITUTE OF THE PHILIPPINE for FY 2008-2009 which in 1987 bestowed on her the Pearl Award, the highest professional award given to a member of the Institute and the Leadership and Life Sustaining Membership Awards in 2009. Dr. King finished her Post Graduate Studies with the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Development at the SOUTHEAST ASIA INTERDISCIPLINARY DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration degree at the UNIVERSITY OF PHOENIX ONLINE in Phoenix, Arizona. She has an MBA from the ATENEO GRADUATE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES. She is currently Faculty Chair – Information Technology of the ATENEO GRADUATE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS. She teaches Information Technology, Information Security, Electronic Commerce and Management Dynamics. Dr. King is also a Technical Expert of the Philippine Accreditation Office (PAO) of the Department of Trade and Industry.

Ryan Morales has over 15 years of experience in building and running small and medium-sized enterprises. In 2014, he participated in the inaugural MIT Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, an intensive program that connects entrepreneurs from around the world. Altering his career trajectory, this experience led him to a teaching position at Enderun Colleges. Ryan also attended the Price-Babson Symposium for Entrepreneurship Educators in Babson College, an action-based program that provides its participants with the toolkit, playbook, and best practices for teaching entrepreneurship. He earned his Master's degree in Business Administration from De La Salle University, where he graduated with distinction.

She received her Entrepreneurship Educator's training from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MITx) and Babson College. Before being President and Chairman of the Board of Unirock Corporation, a family-owned construction company founded in 1967, she worked for Schlumberger Oilfield Services in Texas as the controller of its Manufacturing Financial Services, North America. Marivic also possesses 10 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry as a restaurant owner. Her diverse work experience that ranges from that of a Fortune 500 to a number of SME operations equips her well in teaching Accounting and Finance courses at Enderun.

For two years, he worked as the chief information officer and head of corporate management services of Maynilad Water Services. Mr. Rodriguez is currently director for management and IT consulting firm Xenxatech, and lecturer at ADMU’s School of Management.

Atty. Pabiton is a Juris Doctor who graduated from the Ateneo de Manila Law School. In 1999, he earned his double degree in Economics and Legal Management from the De La Salle University. He worked as director for the Office of Student Behavior in De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, and was also its legal consultant for some of its projects. He was also instructor of Legal Research and Thesis Writing Methodologies of DLSU-FEU Dual Degree Program in Master’s in Business Administration and Juris Doctor. Atty. Pabiton sits as a panel member of the Ateneo Law School’s Thesis Committee, serves as supervising attorney for students undergoing the law school’s Clinical Legal Education Program, and is a private law practitioner specializing in litigation and corporate planning.

He previously worked at Deutsche Knowledge Services as the Vice President for Asset Management – Financial and Business Reporting Teams.

He has a master's in Business Administration degree from the Ateneo de Manila University. He is a Certified Public Accountant by profession and started as Senior Auditor for SGV & CO. He then became Internal Audit Manager of MB Finance, Inc. (formerly Jardine Manila Finance, Inc.). He is presently the Vice President for Audit and Management Services at Empire East Land Holdings Inc., a member of the Megaworld Group of Companies. Mr. Llantada will teaches Basic Accounting at Enderun Colleges.

Mr. Laurel obtained his bachelor’s degree in Management of Applied Chemistry with minor in Chinese Studies from Ateneo de Manila University. He was previously operations manager then general manager at Accupoint Systems, before engaging in his current occupation as independent trader. Professor Laurel is also lecturer of Financial Management to Entrepreneurial Management students at the University of Asia and the Pacific.

Before Enderun, she was with Ateneo as a faculty handling classes in Financial Accounting and Managerial Cost Accounting.

Alexander “Deng” Kibanoff has more than 25 years experience in Human Resources and OD and is currently Principal Partner of Center for Innovation Change and Productivity. He was formerly VP for Learning and Development at PLDT and Smart. As L&D Head, he was responsible for training strategy formulation, curriculum management and leading a pool of fulltime trainers and subject matter experts delivering behavioral, leadership, commercial and technology courses. In 2021, he and his PLDT and Smart L&D Team won L&D Program of the Year for “You Can’t Stop the Learning” from the Philippine Society for Training and Development. Deng was also awarded the highly coveted Gawad Maestro L&D Leader Extraordinaire Award by PSTD in the same year, becoming part of the roster of select and truly exemplary leaders in the field of talent development. Deng is also seasoned educator, serving as a part-time facilitator at the De La Salle College of St. Benilde, School of Professional and Continuing Education, under the Workplace Learning and Development Diploma and Human Capital Management Programs. He is also an adjunct faculty of Enderun Colleges and Asia Pacific College handling HR and OD courses for college students. Deng holds a Master of Commerce (Economics) from the University of Wollongong, NSW, Australia, where he served as an AusAid full scholar, a Bachelor of Business Management and MBA from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, and an AB Economics (cum laude) from UP. He also holds a Professional Teacher’s License and placed No. 1 in the National Licensure Exam for Teachers in 2008.

Mr. Go's area of expertise is in Psychology. He was a member of the Department of Psychology of the University of the Philippines, Diliman and taught General Psychology, Personality Psychology, and Abnormal Psychology. He is also a volunteer in the Starfish Palliative Care Program of San Lazaro Hospital as a HIV/AIDS Trainer and Counselor.

While based in the U.S., his professional experience included employment as a Senior Market Analyst for Gtech Corporation, the world's largest lottery systems provider and as an Implementation Manager for Fiserv, a Fortune 500 corporation. Presently, Mr. Estrada is locally engaged in Real Estate Management and Consulting.

Dr. Cuaresma obtained his BS in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University, his MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Management, and PhD in Management from the International Academy of Management and Economics (IAME). He has done various management consultancies for private corporations, government agencies, and non-government organizations, on various functional areas such as human resource, community development, investment management, business strategy, marketing, financial management, and information technology. He has also taught at the Ateneo de Manila University, Miriam College, IAME, Warnborough University (London), and the Entrepreneurship Institute of Australia, both for undergraduate and post-graduate levels. Dr. Cuaresma is the club moderator of Recordatio.

With a distinguished culinary career that extends across two decades, Chef SEE CHEONG YAN is the Corporate Culinary Head at Enderun Colleges Inc., playing a key role in curriculum development for both degree and short courses. Serving as the Executive Chef at Tagaytay Highlands, Chef SEE CHEONG YAN managed 14 specialty outlets, overseeing diverse culinary operations. As the Executive Chef at Traders Hotel Shenyang, China, and Executive Sous Chef at Edsa Shangri-La Manila, Chef SEE demonstrated excellence in kitchen administration and operations. Known for culinary achievements such as leading teams in the Chef's On Parade and winning the 1991 AMCC Inter-Hotel Culinary Competition, he has consistently contributed to the global culinary landscape. Fluent in multiple languages, including English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and French, Chef See combines international expertise with a passion for culinary education. With a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Hotel and Management School "Les Roches," Switzerland, he continues to influence and inspire in the culinary world.

Chef Marc Chalopin is the Executive Chef and Representative of the Alain Ducasse Institute of the Philippines at Enderun Colleges. Chef Marc oversees teachers' training, ensuring adherence to global standards. He was instrumental in establishing Alain Ducasse’s education and the current Ecole Ducasse in the Philippines. Chef Marc manages recruitment, operations, and culinary research & development. Chef Marc brings with him experience from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France and Le Cordon Bleu in Seoul South Korea where he spearheaded school programs, oversaw school operations, contributed to the development of culinary programs and engaged with an international student cohort. Prior to this, Chef Marc worked in renowned establishments such as Le Relais du Parc and Le Jules Verne. He is a published author and multilingual professional, he is fluent in both French and English, reflecting an unwavering commitment to culinary excellence and global culinary education.

Chef Erickson Tolentino brings a wealth of culinary expertise and leadership to his role as a Culinary Instructor in F&B Craft-based courses and overseeing the preparation kitchen's daily operations. Chef Erick served as Head Chef at Wolfgang Steakhouse Philippines Podium in Ortigas Center from October 2017 to March 2018, managing overall kitchen operations, training staff, ensuring food quality, and monitoring financial aspects. Ms. Bel S. Castro is one of the founding faculty members of Enderun Colleges and is currently Asst. Dean of the College of Hospitality Management. Prior to joining Enderun, Ms. Castro enjoyed a career which spanned the fields of advertising, public relations, events management, line production, as well as hospitality. Her academic credentials include a degree in Restaurant Operations from Le Cordon Bleu in Australia and a Master of Arts in Gastronomy, a double-badged program of Le Cordon Bleu and the University of Adelaide in South Australia. Ms. Bel also oversees all wine programs offered by Enderun Extension. In addition to holding a Level 3 Award in Wine & Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (UK), she has also successfully completed the WSET Wine Educator’s Programme. Her personal interests are centered on food history, cuisine, and culture. Her research in these fields has led to invitations to present her work on several occasions at the Symposium of Australian Gastronomy, and also at the prestigious Oxford Symposium of Food and Cookery.

Mr. Tuason, who is a member of the Board of Trustees at Enderun Colleges, teaches Principles in International Tourism and Hospitality. He earned his BS in Hotel Administration from University of Las Vegas in Nevada. Mr. Tuason started his career as Front Office Manager of Hyatt Regency Monterey, and then served as Revenue Manager and OIC of Rooms Division of Hyatt Regency San Francisco. He moved to the Pan Pacific Hotel Manila as the Resident Manager and also assisted in the openings of Pan Pacific Malacca and Kuala Lumpur. He then concurrently became Director of HSAI Raintree and General Manager of its property, Discovery Suites, from 1999 to 2005. He was the youngest general manager in the Philippines during his time. Mr. Tuason also founded Ambergris Solutions (now known as TELUS International Philippines).

He served as a butler for the Grand Hyatt in Hong Kong for two years and then became an Assistant Manager for Kublai's Restaurant Co. He also became the Operating Partner of ATTHECAF CO., the school canteen of PAREF Woodrose in Alabang.

She further expanded her academic credentials with a postgraduate degree in Educational Psychology from UP in 2012. Her leadership roles are extensive, having served as the CHED Technical Committee Chair for Interior Design since 2013, and concurrently leading the Council of Interior Design Educators as President for four terms. From 2017 to 2019, she held the position of President at the Philippine Institute of Interior Designers, focusing on industry collaboration for the recognition of professional interior design services. Internationally, Lilia was elected as a Board Member of the New York-based Federation of Architects and Interior Designers (IFI) from 2015 to 2017, earning the prestigious title of 'Fellow' for her significant contributions to design education. Her global influence continued as she served as a Board Member of the Kuala Lumpur-based Asia Pacific Space Designers Association (APSDA), covering regions of Asia & Oceania, from 2019 to 2021, and was re-elected for the same position for the term 2021-2023. In recognition of her work, she was elevated to 'Fellow' by the Association. Currently, Lilia lends her expertise to the UST Graduate School as a faculty member under the Education program.
