A licensed teacher, he completed all academic requirements (excluding dissertation) for Ed.D. in Educational Administration at Far Eastern University, Manila. Ronan adeptly operates and manages his online travel agency business, I Remain Travels and Tours, showcasing his entrepreneurial skills. Additionally, Ronan serves as a freelance research consultant and statistician to both professionals and graduate students. With a penchant for academia, he has published and presented research papers both locally and internationally, leveraging his expertise to teach Statistics, Econometrics, Research courses, SHS-ABM subjects, and AP Capstone Program at Enderun.

Jean-Paul Mitima Zagabe, often known as JP, is a multifaceted professional with an array of roles including author, leader, poet, linguist, researcher, teacher, trainer, and translator. Currently, he imparts his knowledge by teaching Philosophy in Enderun Senior High School and Ethics and French at Enderun Colleges. Hailing from Congo, JP brings a rich cultural perspective to his teaching and writing. JP's academic achievements are impressive, with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from La Ruzizi, DRC, a Master's degree in Language and Literacy Education from UPOU, and a PhD in Development Studies from DLSU. His contributions to academia extend beyond teaching. He has published a book on climate change in France and a scholarly study on call center employees, highlighting his diverse research interests. JP has also presented his research at international conferences, further establishing his presence in the academic world. His unique blend of experiences and skills makes him a highly respected figure in his field.

Dr. Lyndon C. Avendaño serves as the Dean of the College of Business, Management, and Economics at Enderun Colleges. He holds both a Doctor of Business Administration and a Master in Business Administration from San Beda University, complemented by advanced training in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the Metropolitan School of Business and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from the Process Doctor Academy. With more than 15 years of professional experience, Dr. Avendaño has established a distinguished career in logistics, supply chain, and operations management. His expertise spans strategic planning, procurement, transportation, warehousing, project management, and global supply chain solutions. He has also served as a consultant in logistics and supply chain, providing organizations with strategies that enhance competitiveness, increase efficiency, and strengthen operational resilience. In parallel with his industry practice, Dr. Avendaño has held academic appointments at leading universities, including San Beda University Graduate School of Business and De La Salle University, where he has taught courses in Production and Operations Management, Business Analytics, and Supply Chain Management. He is also the President of LCA Lean Logistics Specialist OPC, underscoring his active engagement with the professional field. As Dean, Dr. Avendaño is committed to advancing Enderun Colleges’ mission of producing graduates who embody academic excellence, critical thinking, and global competence. He continues to build strong linkages between industry and the academe, ensuring that Enderun’s programs in business, management, and economics remain relevant and responsive to the demands of an evolving global economy.

Mr. Joselito F. Alma Jose is a serial entrepreneur with 35 years of experience in food service, logistics, real estate, automotive, manufacturing, and distribution. He holds an MBA from San Beda University and is currently pursuing his DBA to enhance and align his practice with emerging trends and scholarly developments in business. Mr. Alma Jose founded businesses, including Hungry Juan Food Co., a restaurant and catering business; Xtrematec Consultancy Corp., a plant & manufacturing solutions provider; and Mega A’s Trading, a distributor for Philippine Beverage Partners, Ginebra San Miguel, and Coca-Cola Phils. He managed the distribution of VIVA and Wilkins bottled water in Quezon City from 1995 to 2011 and launched gourmet sandwich kiosks under Marty’s Super Sandwiches in SM malls. Currently, he oversees ventures in real estate leasing, food franchising, PCSO Lotto agency, and warehousing and logistics. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Entrepreneurship Department of the University of Santo Tomas. His professional achievements include awards in regional sales and corporate governance, and he has led academic committees in Business Planning, Implementation, Innovation Management, Good Governance & Social Responsibility. He is affiliated with the Entrepreneurship Educators Association, SCALE NCR, and the San Beda alumni associations.

Mylene "Mhyles" D.G. Oliva is a dedicated educator, environmental consultant, and program head with over two decades of experience in sustainability management, environmental science, and academic leadership. Currently, she serves as the Program Head for Sustainability Management at Enderun Colleges, where she oversees curriculum development, faculty management, and student advising. Mhyles has taught various courses, including Environmental Science, Biology, and Sustainability, at both the university and senior high school levels. As a part-time faculty member at Ateneo de Manila University, she also mentors students in the Department of Environmental Science. In addition to her academic work, Mhyles is an experienced environmental consultant, preparing technical reports, conducting environmental impact assessments (EIAs), and assisting companies with sustainability reporting and regulatory compliance. She holds a Master's degree in Environmental Education from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Ateneo de Manila University. A published author and resource speaker, Mhyles is committed to advancing environmental literacy and sustainable practices in both educational and professional settings.

Dr. Xiaoyun (Jack) Xu joined Enderun College as an Adjunct Faculty in 2021. He is also a Professor at the Department of Operations & Information Technology of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business (AGSB). Before joining Enderun and Ateneo, he was an Associate Professor at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at Peking University. His research interests lie in production planning/scheduling, simulation optimization, and operations management, with applications mainly in smart manufacturing, Business Intelligence, and E-commerce. His research team has received continued support from numerous funding sources, including the National Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the Ministry of Finance of China (MOFC), the National Science Foundation of the United States (NSF), Symantec Corporation, AT&T, and several other organizations. Dr. Xu has published extensively in top-tier journals and conferences in the fields of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. He also provides consulting services to many industry leaders, including Aland Group, Alibaba Group, JD.com, Qidi Holdings, and many others.

Emiliano served as the CEO of Redstar Asia Solutions Inc., a pioneering software solutions company specializing in sales distribution software. Under his strategic leadership, the company experienced substantial growth. He remains actively involved as a Board of Director for Redstar. Beyond his corporate achievements, Emiliano is the Chairman and President of Dermaroma Inc., a leading dermatology and wellness center in Makati. His multifaceted approach to business leadership reflects his commitment to excellence. Emiliano's contributions extend to academia and consulting. He serves as a Consultant for a healthcare venture capital firm and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Enderun, where he teaches Entrepreneurship, focusing on Business Plan preparation and pricing and costing strategies. With a passion for philanthropy spanning over 12 years, Emiliano has been actively engaged with various NGOs in the Philippines. A dedicated member of Junior Chamber International Manila, he served as a Board of Director in 2018, underscoring his dedication to community development. Currently, Emiliano is the Executive Director of Operation Smile Philippines, where he applies his leadership skills to support life-changing surgeries for children with cleft lip and cleft palate, believing that every child deserves the opportunity to smile. His accomplishments have earned him the 2022 Outstanding Leadership Award from the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines, recognizing his exceptional contributions to business and community development. Emiliano also plays a vital role as a member of the East Avenue Hospital Multi-Sector Consultative Council, leveraging his expertise to improve healthcare services and community engagement. She received her master’s degree in Political Sciences major in International Relations from the Catholic University of Korea, South Korea, and earned her doctorate degree in Communication major in Public Communication from the University of the Philippines Los Banos, Laguna. She has also demonstrated significant contributions in the industry. For over 11 years, she worked with the Philippine maritime industry, delivering valuable labor market insights and developing evidence-based policies and labor strategies for the benefit of both Filipino seafarers and ship management investors. As an academic researcher, Dr. Festijo has made substantial scholarly contributions, integrating data management, statistics, strategic communication, and policy analysis into her own work and mentorship. Her dedication to advancing knowledge is reflected in her membership with academic organizations such as the Philippine International Studies Organization, the Philippine Political Science Association, and various local and national research consortia.

Currently, he idoes consultancy in the areas of strategy and business management with a special focus on family business advisory. He has also transitioned to the academe for the last five years in the field of Business Administration. He holds a degree in Sociology from the University of the Philippines - Los Banos and an MBA from the University of the Philippines - Virata School of Business. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Business Administration also from the same university.

He holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of the Philippines Diliman, where he was awarded a scholarship by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST). He also completed specialized training in environmental data analytics at the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST) in South Korea through an international internship program granted by the International Environmental Research Institute (IERI). She has nearly 30 years of extensive experience in strategy management, business transformation, business development and various facets of finance - tax compliance, accounting, financial reporting, planning, budgeting and financial management from various industry leaders in insurance, infrastructure and toll road operations. Currently, she is an adjunct faculty at the Asia Pacific College - School of Management. She is also the co-founder and general manager of ARL Ventures, a family business venture, which includes residential property leasing, a sports facility, and business management consulting and training services. Rizza graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and completed her Masters in Business Administration Regis Program at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. Most recently, she graduated from the Stanford LEAD Program, where she was one of five Filipinos representing the country among more than 500 students globally. Rizza is a Certified Public Accountant and has obtained certification from the Fellow Life Management Institute. She is currently completing the Distinguished Scholar Program at Stanford Business School. As a life-long learner, she is passionate in supporting every organization she gets involved with fulfill their promise, achieve their purpose and optimize their fullest potential.

As Director and General Manager in the Philippines and Indonesia for a global leader in door hardware and access solutions, he managed multi-country operations, drove strategic business transformations, and delivered sustained growth and value creation. Earlier in his career, he built expertise in strategic marketing, sales leadership, business development, and product and distribution management through leadership roles in leading firms such as Citibank, N.A. (banking), Hilti (engineering and building materials), and ASSA ABLOY (architectural hardware and access control). Complementing his corporate background, Mike has direct experience in the management of his family’s enterprises in retail trade and logistics, as well as building his own entrepreneurial ventures. This combination of corporate, entrepreneurial, and family business experience equips him with a well-rounded perspective on market strategy, organizational management, and leadership across diverse contexts. His earlier involvement in national political campaigns also adds a dimension of civic and community leadership, further enriching his approach to guiding organizations and people. At Enderun Colleges, Mike serves as adjunct faculty, teaching International Business and Trade, Leadership, and Family Enterprise Management. His teaching integrates academic rigor with real-world business insights and a global perspective, helping students develop the adaptability, strategic thinking, and leadership skills necessary to thrive in today’s complex and interconnected economy.

Suzanne currently juggles three hats. Aside from being a faculty for Enderun Colleges teaching mostly Economics subjects, she is also a business consultant for some companies and a PhD student. Prior to this she was in the corporate world, working her way up from Research Assistant with a television network, to Human Resources Director and eventually Director for Operations of a BPO, to being managing partner of a coffee shop. She was also in government service for over a decade and was one of the Board of Regents in a local university, before leaving to focus on her passion, education. With her passion for numbers matching her passion for teaching, she is currently taking up her PhD in Data Science from the University of the Philippines in Diliman. She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, a Diploma in Industrial Relations and a Master’s Degree in Development Economics, also from the University of the Philippines, and is a graduate of the prestigious Philippine Science High School. She also holds a Professional Teachers License. Suzanne’s love for learning and the gift of free education after being a government scholar in high school and college is her motivation her to give back.

Dr. Morales actively participates in diverse research and is driven by a steadfast commitment to pursuing knowledge. Engr. Cherrys Abrigo is the founder and CEO of Sierreza -- a social enterprise that empowers marginalized farmers, especially those belonging to the indigenous communities, through an end-to-end, inclusive, and sustainable agribusiness model called Community-Supported Agriculture. In this passion and hopefully lifetime endeavor, she fuses the practice of her BS Chemical Engineering (UP Los Banos, magna cum laude), MS Environmental Science (University of Auckland, second class honours), and Organic Agriculture (UP Open University) backgrounds to help smallholder farmers gain ground and take pride in establishing and running their own sustainable organic farming livelihoods/cooperatives, complete with value adding and establishment of fair market access. Her extensive set of experiences from working as Project Delivery Manager in a multinational consumer goods company (Procter & Gamble Asia), to more than a decade of volunteer experiences in geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas as a teacher, photographer, and medical assistant, allowed her to learn from the right combination of people and use those lessons to establish a proof of concept of an inclusive and sustainable business model that is now drawing attention from different prestigious institutions both within and outside the country (*recently received the ASEAN Inclusive Business Award as the sole Philippine awardee in 2022) On top of her passion for nature and community development, Che is also into cooking, music, and advocates for animal welfare. She also currently manages the development of her family's land in Quezon Province which she hopes to turn into a fusion of a farm school, an agro-eco tourism site, and an off-grid homestead with its own mini forest reserve. He is also an affiliate faculty of the UP Open University where he took part in the content training of teachers and as tutor in different UPOU centers. Her academic credentials include a degree in Restaurant Operations from Le Cordon Bleu in Australia and a Master of Arts in Gastronomy, a double-badged program of Le Cordon Bleu and the University of Adelaide in South Australia. Ms. Bel also oversees all wine programs offered by Enderun Extension. In addition to holding a Level 3 Award in Wine & Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (UK), she has also successfully completed the WSET Wine Educator’s Programme. He earned his BS in Hotel Administration from University of Las Vegas in Nevada. Mr. Tuason started his career as Front Office Manager of Hyatt Regency Monterey, and then served as Revenue Manager and OIC of Rooms Division of Hyatt Regency San Francisco. He moved to the Pan Pacific Hotel Manila as the Resident Manager and also assisted in the openings of Pan Pacific Malacca and Kuala Lumpur. He then concurrently became Director of HSAI Raintree and General Manager of its property, Discovery Suites, from 1999 to 2005. He was the youngest general manager in the Philippines during his time. Mr. Tuason also founded Ambergris Solutions (now known as TELUS International Philippines).

From 2017 to 2019, she held the position of President at the Philippine Institute of Interior Designers, focusing on industry collaboration for the recognition of professional interior design services. Internationally, Lilia was elected as a Board Member of the New York-based Federation of Architects and Interior Designers (IFI) from 2015 to 2017, earning the prestigious title of 'Fellow' for her significant contributions to design education. Her global influence continued as she served as a Board Member of the Kuala Lumpur-based Asia Pacific Space Designers Association (APSDA), covering regions of Asia & Oceania, from 2019 to 2021, and was re-elected for the same position for the term 2021-2023. She is the Founding Dean of Enderun Colleges - College of Architecture and Design in 2020 until 2022. She is a highly respected figure in the field of architecture education, known for her dynamic teaching style and exceptional leadership. As the first woman Dean of one of the three oldest architecture schools in the Philippines, she revolutionized the curriculum, emphasizing experiential and service-learning methods in architectural design. Her efforts resulted in producing topnotchers and exceeding national passing percentages in the licensure examination for Architects. She is a Fellow of the United Architects of the Philippines in the field of Architecture Education, recognized for excellent portfolio of achievements and contribution in the field. Her international experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was groundbreaking, becoming the first Asian, if not the first Filipino to be appointed as Chairperson of the Interior Design Program of a university for women under the patronage of the King of Saudi Arabia. Her influence transformed the lives of Saudi women, inspiring them to pursue professional careers and excel in the design industry. Arch. Jean's commitment to the profession extended beyond academia. She is currently the Secretary of the Philippine Architecture Schools Association and served as a National Officer of the United Architects of the Philippines for several years. He studied film at the Ecole Supérieure d’Etudes Cinématographiques (ESEC) in Paris as a French Government Scholar. His work has been shown in different film festivals all over the world and received positive reviews from the New York Times, The LA Times and The Village Voice. His film " Baler" was also shown at New York's MoMA in 2009 while his film "Donor" won Best Picture at the Brussels Independent Film Festival and at Cinemalaya in 2010. In 2013, his film “El Presidente” won the SoHo International Film Festival’s Best Film in New York. His work has also received multiple awards in the field of advertising, film, and television including a Silver Lotus for the Asian Advertising Awards, Best Comedy Award at the Asian Television awards. The TV series, Camera Café pioneered short-form (5min.) branded entertainment for Nescafé in 2006 Aside from the Enderun Colleges, he has taught different subjects in the field of filmmaking, content marketing, and design thinking at the De La Salle University, Thames Business School, Asia-Pacific Film Institute, and the Asian Institute for Broadcast Development in Malaysia. He received his Master of Arts in Digital Media Management from Teesside University in the UK and Hyper Island in Singapore. He chaired the film program at the De La Salle College of Saint Benilde and then later became the Dean of the School of Design & Arts at the iAcademy. He also has a diverse experience in designing highly thematic environments such as museums and resorts. In Belgium, most of his recent projects revolve around heritage building restoration. In the extent of his career as an architect, he received numerous awards, such as young designer of the year at the Guangzhou Design Conference in 2008. He also attended several architectural events and conferences worldwide, such as the 100 years of Bauhaus celebration in Dessau, Germany, as a collaborator. Fanatic of architectural sustainability and resiliency, he established his own architectural firm with two university friends based in Ghent, Belgium, in 2018. Her academic trainings are from the University of Santo Tomas: Cum Laude with Ph.D. in Development Studies specialization in Conservation (2011) and MS Architecture on Planning and Housing (1985) and special courses on Conservation at Harvard Graduate School of Design (Aug. 2000) and training on Art Curatorship and Exhibition Design at the SEAMEO Regional Centre for Archaeology and Fine Arts in Bangkok, Thailand (Feb. 1998).

She merges the concepts and disciplines of the east and the west in her teaching in Enderun but in her own practice, as well, as a wellness &finess practitioner focusing on postural alignment. She is a bodyworker that combines exercises and clinical massage therapy to fix one's aches & pains and posture & joint alignment. She teaches cross training that combines different disciplines that she is not only offering in her home studio, but now in a jungle gym/jungle aerial arts rustic yoga place in union. She will continue to share her deep wellness knowledge in natural therthe science behind it to her Enderun students & given the chance to the whole of the Enderun community

Diaz is an experienced educator and instructional leader with 24 years of university-level teaching, including 15 years of academic service as College Secretary—second-in-command to the Dean—at the University of the East College of Education. Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to teacher education, curriculum development, and the creative integration of technology in learning. She holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in English, and a Master of Arts in Education, major in English as a Second Language, both from the University of the East. She is currently at the final stage of her dissertation writing for the Doctor of Philosophy in Education, major in Educational Leadership and Management, at De La Salle University. Ms. Diaz also served as Visiting Fellow and Team Leader at Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia, where she co-designed the program proposal that was awarded an Australia Awards Fellowship on "Fostering Digital Literacy: Developing Multimedia Modules for Educational Leadership and Innovative Teaching". Her work as a consultant, author, and trainer with international agencies such as UNESCO, UNICEF, and SEAMEO INNOTECH has focused on enhancing teacher training, digital citizenship, and open educational resources across Southeast Asia. Her academic interests lie in fostering blended learning environments, reflective teaching practices, and inclusive instructional design. A passionate advocate for community outreach, she has led creative educational projects blending pedagogy with the arts—from puppet and mime productions to multimedia storytelling for young learners. Luciana Tan Loh is a pure-blooded Chinese born and raised in the Manila. Ms. Lu has been tutoring and teaching Mandarin at all levels and other academic subjects for more than 40 years. She had her lower and upper school Catholic education at Immaculate Conception Academy, Greenhills. She finished BS Psychology in University of Santo Tomas. She is a licensed Optometrist and teacher of secondary education major in Biological Science. She had her Masters in Education major in Special Education at Miriam College. She had her training in Mandarin for Tertiary Level Teachers with Confucius Institute at Ateneo de Manila University, Quezon City. With her years of dealing with students from age 4 to 24, not only does she teach academics, but she also helps mold students to be wholesome individuals in the future.
