Scholarships and grants, are available to qualified applicants who exhibit exceptional qualities, such as excellent academic strengths and skills, high level of maturity, strong leadership potential, interpersonal skills and high motivation to succeed…

I. Enderun Academic Scholarships

All students are eligible to compete for the 100% and 50% Enderun Academic Scholarships awarded each school year. The 100% and 50% Enderun Academic Scholarships are awarded to Enderun students with the highest and second highest yearly GPA(s) in the batch at the end of each school year. The scholarship is open to all freshmen, sophomore and junior students.

  • Incoming freshmen may also be granted the Enderun Academic Scholarships should they graduate as Valedictorian (100%) or Salutatorian (50%) of their high school batch.

Criteria to Qualify

The Enderun Academic Scholarships are awarded by the Academic Affairs department and the Scholarship Committee to the following at the end of each school year:

  • Enderun student with the highest GPA in the batch (100% Scholarship)
  • Enderun student with the second highest GPA in the batch (50% Scholarship)
  • Incoming freshmen who graduate Valedictorian (100% Scholarship) or Salutatorian (50% Scholarship) from top-ranked high schools.

Conditions to Maintain Scholarship

All Enderun Academic Scholarships are subject to the following conditions. Non-compliance with the scholarship standards will mean forfeiture of the scholarship:

  • For freshmen, sophomore and junior students, scholarships are renewable every year, as long as the scholar maintains his or her rank in the batch; for an incoming freshman, the Enderun Academic Scholarship is granted on the first year, and is renewable every year for up to three (3) more years, regardless of rank in the batch.
  • Must comply with Enderun policies or regulations and Code of Discipline
  • Must behave like an Enderun ambassador in compliance with the Code at all times.
  • Behavior unbecoming of a scholar may result to immediate forfeiture of the scholarship grant
  • Must maintain a weighted GPA of at least 1.75 each semester
  • Must not have a grade lower than 3.0 in any subject, or obtain an incomplete mark due to absences or course drops
  • Must be a full-time undergraduate student of Enderun Colleges (no under load)
  • Must be an active member of at least one Registered Student Organization (RSO)
  • Must render 120 hours (average of 6-7 hours per week) of service per semester as a token of giving back to the College. Service may include peer tutorials or special projects assigned by the Scholarship Committee

Process

Application For Incoming Freshmen

The Scholarship Application forms can be obtained online or from the Admissions Executive. Please submit completed application form and requirements, essay “Why I deserve a scholarship” (300 words or less), two (2) academic references from high school teacher and guidance counselor, one (1) 2×2 photo, and parents’ ITR (if applying for financial aid).

Application and complete supporting documents must be submitted to the Admissions Executive.

Application For Continuing Students

Continuing students need not apply. Academic Affairs and the Scholarship Committee shall notify qualified Enderun students at the end of each school year, after the official grades have been tallied. Qualified freshmen, sophomore and junior students shall receive 100% or 50% deduction in the following school year’s tuition and the following deduction in miscellaneous fees:

II. Grants

Enderun’s Scholarship Committee makes the Chelsea Shipping Financial Aid Grant available to underprivileged yet deserving students in the BS Economics Program. This grant is equivalent to One Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (Php100,000.00) per year, which may be applied to tuition and other fees. Recipients of the grant must show a strong commitment to academic excellence and an enthusiastic attitude towards career development. This grant is renewable every semester for up to four (4) years. Recipients of the grant must show a high interest and potential to succeed in the business.

Criteria to Qualify

The Chelsea Shipping Financial Aid Grant recipients must show a strong commitment to academic excellence and an enthusiastic attitude towards career development. The criteria for selection are:

  • Incoming Freshmen of BS Economics
  • Top 25% of the graduating class
  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • High potential to succeed in their chosen careers
  • Proof of financial need (ITR and Statement of Assets and Liabilities)

Conditions to Maintain Grant

The grant is renewable every semester. Non-compliance with the scholarship standards will mean forfeiture of the grant:

  • must comply with Enderun policies or regulations and Code of Discipline
  • must behave like an Enderun ambassador in compliance with the Code at all times. Behavior unbecoming of a scholar may result to immediate forfeiture of the scholarship grant
  • must maintain a cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 or higher
  • must not have a grade lower than 3.0 or INC in any subject
  • must be an active member of at least one Registered Student Organization (RSO)
  • must render 120 hours of service per semester as a token of giving back to the College, with special attention to community service or fundraising for other underprivileged students

The Dr. Lorraine F. Villanueva Grant was created in memory of Enderun Colleges’ beloved Founding Dean. It is given to the most deserving BS International Hospitality Management freshman applicant, who is in need of financial assistance.

The grant consists of 100% tuition subsidy, renewable every year, for up to four (4) years.

Criteria to Qualify

The Dr. Lorraine F. Villanueva Scholarship recipient must show a commitment to academic excellence, passion to succeed in the hospitality industry, and excellent leadership qualities. The five (5) criteria for selection are:

  • Highest scholastic performance in overall studies (Valedictorian or Salutatorian of the
    high school batch)
  • Exhibits leadership potential
  • Actively participates in extra and co-curricular activities, particularly in community
    service oriented activities
  • Passionate about a successful career in the hospitality industry
  • Needs financial assistance

  • must be an active member of at least one Registered Student Organization (RSO)
  • must render average of 6-7 hours a week of special projects assigned by the Hotel Administration
    department
  • yearly proof of family income (ITR and Statement of Assets and Liabilities)

The recipients of the Dr. Lorraine F. Villanueva grant will be announced upon acceptance at Enderun Colleges. Notification will be sent to the recipient.

The Enderun Industry Partner Grant in Cooperation with Microsoft is made available by the Office of Career Development (OCD) designed to promote career growth and opportunities for candidates who wish to succeed in the Information Technology and Technology Management Fields. This grant is also a response to the call of the IT/Technology Management industries to fill the gap and demand for qualified and talented candidates. This is for the BSIS major in Technology Management program only and will not be transferable when you shift to another course.

The grant allows the scholar to pay only One Hundred Eighty Thousand Philippine Pesos (PhP 180,000) per year in tuition and miscellaneous fees, up to a maximum of four (4) years.

Criteria to qualify

Enderun Industry partner Grant in partnership with Microsoft, recipients must show a strong commitment to academic excellence and an enthusiastic attitude towards career development. The criteria for selection are:

  • Must be a high school graduate, transferee, or a second-degree taker
  • High scholastic performance in overall studies
  • High potential to succeed in their chosen careers
  • Proof of financial need (ITR and Statement of Assets and Liabilities)

Conditions to Maintain Grant

The grant is renewable every year. Non-compliance with the scholarship standards will mean forfeiture of the grant:

  • must comply with Enderun policies or regulations and Code of Discipline

The Enderun Founders Grant was created out of the generosity of the Enderun founders to help the most deserving applicant with great need of financial assistance.

The grant consists of 10% to 30% tuition subsidy, renewable every year, for up to four (4) years.

Criteria to Qualify

The Enderun Founders Grant recipient must show a commitment to academic excellence, passion to succeed in the industry, and excellent leadership qualities. The criteria for selection are:

  • proof of financial need (ITR and Statement of Assets and Liabilities)
  • excellent academic standing

Conditions to Maintain Grant

The grant is renewable every year. Non-compliance with the scholarship standards will mean forfeiture of the grant:

  • must comply with Enderun policies or regulations and Code of Discipline
  • must behave like an Enderun ambassador in compliance with the Code at all times.

Announcement of Scholarships

For incoming freshmen, grants may be announced upon acceptance into Enderun Colleges. Notification will be sent to all applicants.

The Korean High School and College Friendship Grants are offered to chosen high schools and colleges in Korea through their school principals or presidents. The agreement states that upon recommendation of the principal or president of the Korean high school or college, Enderun conditionally accepts up to 10 students from their school who are amongst the top 20% of their graduating batch. Enderun also grants PhP 25,000 per semester per student applied to tuition for up to two semesters of the first academic year. This grant is open to BS International Hospitality Management with specialization in Hotel Administration, BS Business Administration and BS Entrepreneurship Korean applicants.

Currently, we have friendship agreements with the following high schools and colleges:

  4. Seoul Tourism High School
  5. Yeung Nam College
  6. Hoseo College

Criteria to Qualify

  • Must be recommended by the principal or president of the pre-approved Korean high
    school or college
  • Excellent leadership and academic performance
  • Active participation in extra and co-curricular activities

Conditions to Maintain Grant

The grant is renewable after the first semester, for up to two semesters of the first academic year.

The Korean High School and College Friendship Grant is offered by the principal or president of the Korean high school or college to its top 20% graduating batch. The principal or president sends a written recommendation to Enderun, together with the following requirements:

  • completed application form
  • form 138 (photocopy of senior report card)
  • form 137 (transcript of records; 1st and 2nd year of high school)
  • copy of curriculum vitae
  • essay (300 words or less)
  • two 1.5 “x 1” photos

Announcement of Grants

The recipients of the Korean High School and College Friendship grant will be announced upon acceptance at Enderun Colleges. Notification will be sent to the recipient.

The Nick and Rosa Kwon Grant is given in exchange for services rendered by Korean Community Leader, Ms. Rosa Kwon, also Enderun’s Senior Academic and Student Services Adviser. It is given to the most deserving BS International Hospitality Management, BS Business Administration or BS Entrepreneurship Korean freshman applicant, who is in need of financial assistance.

Criteria to Qualify

The Nick and Rosa Kwon Grant recipient must show a commitment to academic excellence and passion to succeed in his or her chosen career. The four (4) criteria for selection are:

  • Korean citizenship
  • Excellent academic performance
  • Active participation in extra and co-curricular activities
  • Need for financial assistance

Conditions to Maintain Grant

The grant is renewable every year. Non-compliance with the scholarship standards will mean forfeiture of the grant:

  • must comply with Enderun policies or regulations and Code of Discipline
  • must behave like an Enderun ambassador in compliance with the Code at all times.

Announcement of Grants

The recipients of the Nick and Rosa Kwon grant will be announced upon acceptance at Enderun Colleges. Notification will be sent to the recipient.

Enderun’s Scholarship Committee makes the Phoenix Petroleum Athletic Scholarship available to underprivileged yet deserving student athlete. This is equivalent to 50 – 100% scholarship which may be deducted from the tuition fee per semester. This scholarship is renewable every semester for up to four (4) years. Recipients of the grant must show a strong commitment to academic excellence and an enthusiastic attitude towards career development.

Criteria to Qualify

  • The student athlete must be eligible to participate in intercollegiate athletics upon enrollment at Enderun Colleges and according to the Constitution and By-Laws of all association leagues that Enderun Colleges participates in. Signing of this letter indicates intent only and does not guarantee admission to the College and/or eligibility to participate. If either condition is not met, both parties agree to void the agreement.
  • The student athlete agrees to follow all rules and regulations established by the college for students as detailed in the Enderun Student Handbook, The Enderun Drug Policy and The Enderun Code of Discipline. The student athlete agrees to sign the Acknowledgment Form that states he/she understands all the guidelines set forth in the: Enderun Student Handbook, Enderun Drug Policy, Uniform and Dress Code Guidelines and the Enderun Code of Discipline.
  • The student athlete further agrees to follow all rules for participation in the varsity team as determined by the Office of Student Life and the Coach.
  • The student athlete will be expected to participate in team projects and events, as well as assist the coaches during practice and training sessions, or perform other tasks assigned to him/her by the head coach.
  • The student athlete shall obey all government laws and ordinances. Participation in a sport other than the scholarship sport is at the discretion of the Office of Student Life and/or the coach of the scholarship sport.

Conditions to Maintain Grant

The grant is renewable every semester, until graduation. Non-compliance with the scholarship standards will mean forfeiture of the grant:

  • Student athletes are required to maintain a GPA of 3.0 and must be enrolled in at least 12 units. Those who fail to maintain these grading standards will have their scholarships terminated at the end of the term in which they fell below the standards. If a student fails or dropped failed a subject, he/she will be required to pay for his/her own fees for that subject the next time they enroll it, regardless of their scholarship percentage.
  • High potential to succeed in their chosen careers.

The Phoenix Petroleum Athletic Scholarship application forms can be obtained through the Scholarship Office at the Academic Support Department. Completed application forms are to be submitted with requirements: essay on “Why I deserve a scholarship?” (300 words or less), two (2) academic references from College instructors or professors, one (1) 2×2 photo, and parents’ ITR.

This grant is committed to preparing deserving students under the BSBA major in Sustainability Management program with the skills they will need to be active participants in an environment that will become increasingly dominated by modernization. This grant ranges from Php15, 000.00 – Php45, 000.00 that will be deducted from total tuition fee per semester. This grant is renewable every semester for up to four (4) years. Recipients of the grant must show a high interest and potential to succeed in the business.

Criteria to Qualify

The Phoenix Petroleum Grant recipients must show a strong commitment to academic excellence and an enthusiastic attitude towards career development. The criteria for selection are:

  • Incoming freshmen and continuing students of BSBA Sustainability
  • Included in the Top 10% of the batch in Senior High School for incoming freshmen applicants
  • High scholastic performance
  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • High potential to succeed in their chosen careers

Recipients of the grant must show a high interest and potential to succeed in the business.

Criteria to Qualify

Named Industry Partner grants may be awarded as they are formalized with specific companies or individuals who wish to contribute to the scholarship fund.

Enderun’s Scholarship Committee makes the Simon P. Casson Hospitality Leadership Grant available to underprivileged yet deserving continuing students in the BS International Hospitality Management programs only. Each grant is equivalent to Two Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (Php200,000.00) which may be applied to tuition and other fees.

Criteria to Qualify

Simon P. Casson Hospitality Leadership Grant recipients must show a strong commitment to academic excellence and an enthusiastic attitude towards career development. The criteria for selection are:

  • Continuing scholars of Enderun at least on their Junior Year
  • Strong interest in taking an internship in Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in the Middle East (if selected, the cost of roundtrip airfare will be covered)
  • High scholastic performance in overall studies
  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • High potential to succeed in their chosen careers
  • In need of financial assistance

Conditions to Maintain Grant

The grant is renewable every semester, until graduation. Non-compliance with the scholarship standards will mean forfeiture of the grant:

  • must comply with Enderun policies or regulations and Code of Discipline
  • must behave like an Enderun ambassador in compliance with the Code at all times. Behavior unbecoming of a scholar may result to immediate forfeiture of the scholarship grant
  • must maintain a cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of 1.75 or higher
  • must not have a grade lower than 3.0 in any subject
  • must be an active member of at least one Registered Student Organization (RSO)
  • must render 180 hours (10 hours per week) of service per semester as a token of
    giving back to the College, with special attention to community service or fundraising for other underprivileged students

Application Process For Incoming Juniors

The Simon P. Casson Hospitality Leadership Grant application forms can be obtained through the Scholarship Office at the Academic Support Department. Completed application forms are to be submitted with requirements: essay on “Who is my greatest role model and why?” (300 words or less), two (2) academic references from College instructors or professors, one (1) 2×2 photo, and parents’ ITR (for financial aid). 


Application and complete supporting documents must be submitted to the Scholarship Office at the Academic Support Department.

Interview

A series of interviews may be requested by the Scholarship Committee and Mr Simon Casson himself as part of the final selection process. Mr Casson is the current Regional Vice President and General Manager of Four Seasons Resort Dubai of Jumairah Beach.

Enderun’s Scholarship Committee makes the Mercy Tuason – Bea Zobel Scholarship Grant available to highly deserving students from the top 10 percentile of high school graduating batch of top Philippine high schools (as ranked by DepEd). This scholarship means that 100% will be deducted from annual total tuition fee and 75% deduction on miscellaneous fees renewable every year for up to four (4) years. Recipients of the grant must show a high interest and potential to succeed in the hospitality industry.

Criteria to Qualify

Mercy Tuason – Bea Zobel Scholarship Grant recipients must show a high interest and potential to succeed in the hospitality industry. The four criteria for selection are:

  • Belongs to the Top 10 percentile of high school graduating batch of top Philippine high schools (as ranked by DepEd)
  • Leadership potential; active in extra-curricular activities
  • High potential to succeed in the hospitality industry
  • Annual combined family income of potential scholar should not exceed PhP 1.5M
  • Philippine Nationality

Conditions to Maintain Grant

The grant is renewable every year. Non-compliance with the scholarship standards will mean forfeiture of the grant:

  1. Maintain an annual GPA of 1.75
  2. No disciplinary action throughout the period of scholarship grant
  3. Must take at least 18 units per semester or as prescribed by the curriculum
  4. Must submit copy of income tax return annually to renew scholarship (not more than PhP 1.5M combined family income per year)

Application Process For Incoming Freshmen

  1. Admissions Executives to inform high school guidance counselors of the scholarship grant. Guidance counselors shall give a list of qualified students to the CSE’s. A letter of invitation to apply at Enderun, with the possibility of a scholarship, shall be given.
  2. Criteria for selection:
    Interview 40%
    GPA 30%
    Extra Curricular 20%
    Essay 10%
  3. The Tuason-Zobel Scholarship shall be granted to the top student who applied in the batch.
  4. Scholarship includes 100% deduction on tuition and 75% deduction on miscellaneous fees. All other fees, such as but not limited to uniforms, books and laboratory fees shall be borne by the student.

The Alain Ducasse Culinary Arts Scholarship Grant is designed to promote career growth and opportunities for the student body. This grant is to recognize and motivate Enderun Colleges’ incoming freshmen to begin their higher education with a strong focus on academic excellence and career development.

This grant is equivalent to Three Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (Php300,000.00) which may be applied to tuition and other fees.
