Ms. Arrojo finished her bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of the Philippines, Diliman. She also earned a Graduate Certificate in Teaching from the University of Makati. Apart from being part-time faculty at St. Paul University Quezon City, teaching lecture and laboratory classes in Catering Management and F&B Cost Control, she is cost control associate at New World Hotel Makati City Manila. Ms. Arrojo passed the Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET).
