n its aim of building partnerships with its students, Enderun has established a Career Development and Industry Placement Office (CDIPO) to provide lifelong career advice and assistance to its students and alumni. The office collaborates with leading international corporations all over the world, and deploys students to these Industry Partners as part of the two required internships, aimed at offering genuine learning and networking opportunities. The office also tracks suitable job openings around the world and works closely with the partners to identify employment opportunities for graduates. Students benefit from a steady stream of visiting industry executives and recruiters from all parts of the world, as well as a wide array of short courses and extracurricular training opportunities geared to preparing graduates for the practical realities of the workplace.

Guest Lecture Series, featuring preeminent figures from the hospitality and related industries, are organized to increase awareness of various career opportunities. These services are established to aid the students as they plan for their future careers.
Assistance with Transfer or Exchange Programs with Enderun Partner Schools: Another service of the CDIPO is to provide assistance to students who are looking at studying at any of Enderun’s academic partners.
Assistance with Internship and Job Placements: The CDIPO works hand-in-hand with its renowned roster of international and local Industry Partners to develop internship programs and employment opportunities for Enderun students. Various training programs, workshops, and orientations are offered regularly to students to prepare them for their work experience. On-campus recruitment and career fairs are in place to provide students and alumni with continuous opportunities to meet and interact with future employers.
