Ms. Banzon finished her BS in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from the University of the Philippines Diliman and her MA in Gastronomy from Le Cordon Bleu/University of Adelaide in South Australia. She was previously the kitchen manager and quality assurance manager of Max’s QC Group of Companies and quality assurance manager of its commissary, Wholesaledge Corporation. She has also been managing director of Edible Affections, franchisee of Kamameshi Japanese Restaurant. A certified ServSafe instructor and proctor, Ms. Banzon conducts food safety training and consultation for private companies.
