    The Next Bright Idea is the first elevator pitch competition spearheaded by Enderun Colleges in partnership with the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry- Taguig City. It was held last January 19 at The Tent at Enderun.

    Xavier School took home the crown. Second and third place went to Miriam College High School and British School Manila respectively.

    Seven schools got through the finals namely: Xavier School, British School Manila, PAREF Woodrose, San Beda Alabang, Chinese International School Manila, Miriam College High School and Grace Christian High School.

    Mr. Reto Kaluser, General Manager of the Makati Shangri-La and Area Manager of Shangri-La Hotels Philippines graced the Enderun campus to give an overview of what Shangri-La as a brand is all about. They also discussed the different employment opportunities available to students, highlighting their Corporate Trainee program for fresh graduates and the Management Trainee program for graduates with at least two years of work experience. For two years running, they have had one Enderun student in their Corporate Trainee program. They have also expressed their eagerness to welcome more Enderun alumni join their team. Enderun Colleges is now a priority in their recruitment efforts.

    Enderun and Alain Ducasse Formation share a common vision of developing among students the passion and competence to meet the needs of a global industry. To achieve it, the two institutions work together in bringing to Southeast Asia the most adapted cooking program, one that offers European cutting-edge techniques as it revisits the traditions of every terroir -- enabling one to serve the ever-conscious international gourmet. The partnership between Alain Ducasse Formation (ADF) and Enderun Colleges results in the ADF+Enderun Certificate (or Diploma) in Culinary Arts Program. The program wields the philosophy and teaching methodologies of the two institutions, providing its students with rigorous training in foundational and cutting-edge culinary practices. Students will undergo an intensive level of instruction, under the guidance and scrutiny of the College's culinary arts faculty.
  • 3-Month Certificate in Pastry Arts

    The 3-month pastry certificate program is a comprehensive course that combines theory with hands-on practice, which will enable students to understand and execute basic and advanced principles in baking and confectionery. The program will begin with a teaching of fundamental techniques for classic French recipes. Students will be able to reinforce their basic skills as they advance into more complex recipes.
