Front Office Procedures
Ms. Pascual, after acquiring her bachelor’s degree in Tourism from University of Santo Tomas, proceeded to establish a career for herself in the hotel industry. She first joined Hotel Philippine Plaza (then known as the Westin Philippine Plaza) as service express agent in 1998 and moved up to assistant front office manager in a span of eight years. She then assumed the same position at the InterContinental Manila, where she helped handle various related operations such as guest relations, concierge, reception, bell service, valet, and business center.
