  • Gaddi, Theresa

    <b>Gaddi</b>, Theresa Gaddi, Theresa Human Resource Training and Development Ms. Gaddi has more than twenty years of experience in human resources and organization development. She finished her AB in Communication Arts major in Writing from University of the Philippines Los Baños. Formerly, she was training manager at Mandarin Oriental, Manila and at Oakwood Premier Ayala Center, human resources head at Cabalen Management Corporation, organizational development manager at ESS Manufacturing Company, and senior associate for learning and development of Deutsche Knowledge Services. She is currently a project consultant and an independent human resources and organization development consultant in Development Dimensions. Ms. Gaddi is currently finishing her MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from De La Salle University.

    <b>Kibanoff</b>, Alexander, MBA, MS Kibanoff, Alexander, MBA, MS Mr. Kibannof is a cum laude graduate of AB Economics from the University of the Philippines and holds a Master of Commerce from the University of Wollongong in New South Wales, Australia. He is Vice President for Training and Career and concurrent head of Executive Development at PLDT. His job involves planning and managing the training and development of more than 7000 employees of PLDT. He is also a member of PLDT's Business Transformation Office, which is in charge of the change program of the company.

  • Lizarondo, Erwin, MA

    <b>Lizarondo</b>, Erwin, MA Lizarondo, Erwin, MA General Psychology, Human Behavior in Organization, National Service Training Program Mr. Erwin Lizarondo split his career time between academic institutions and socio-civic organizations. After finishing his AB in Psychology from De La Salle University, he worked as a guidance counselor at the Ateneo de Manila University and Colegio Santo Domingo, and as lecturer at Thames International Business School. Since 2004, he has worked on training, publications, and institutional assessment projects for Ateneo CORD, the Ramon Magsaysay Awards Foundation, and Ateneo’s Gawad-Kalinga Program on urban poor housing. He finished his MA in Pastoral Ministry, major in Family Counseling at Ateneo de Manila University. Mr. Lizarondo is club moderator of Band of Enderun Artists and Talents (BEAT).
