Mr. David is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island, with an AS degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management, and a double degree in BS Hospitality Sales and Event Management, and BS Hotel and Restaurant Management. He was director of special events and retail food outlets at Aramark Corporation in Boston, Massachusetts, then became director of catering at Glen Cove Mansion in Glen Cove, New York. Later, he assumed the position of executive director of events, and director of catering and special events for Montauk Yacht Club, under Global Yachting in Montauk, New York.
