Christophe Larrat, executive Chef of Alain Ducasse Formation in France, was in Manila recently to orchestrate a charity wine dinner dubbed as Plalsirs de la Table. In tandem with Marc Chalopin, executive chef of the partnership ADF+Enderun, they served "Pleasures of the Table" by executing recipes inspired by the philosophy of what Alain Ducasse imagined for the Plaza Athénée. Ducasse's Parisian restaurant bearing three Michelin stars. At 101 by ADF+Enderun, the application restaurant of Enderun Colleges, guests were treated to a four-course meal of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, paired with exquisite wines from Espa Fil Corporation and Premium Wine Exchange. Profits from Plaisirs de la Table helped raise funds for the typhoon victims of ondoy through the Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP).
