A career in the global business environment starts from an education that merges academic knowledge and practical expertise with good management skills and effective work habits.

Preparing students for the global business environment requires developing an understanding of management concepts and their application, honing technical and practical skills, strengthening communication skills and intercultural sensitivity, as well as developing effective work habits. At Enderun, faculty and management aim to ensure that students are well prepared to join very competitive industries where excellence is said to be a moving target. Together with our academic and industry partners, students are offered a wealth of opportunities to suit their individual goals. Career guidance is offered from the time students are admitted to the College in order to give them a realistic picture of the options available and the preparation they need to eventually assume high levels of responsibility.
The multicultural student body provides opportunity for interaction with peers from different backgrounds. The multidisciplinary faculty profile lends varied perspectives to a given situation and further enriches Enderun’s academic program.
