Major in Finance and Wealth Management, Business Process Management and Consulting, or Marketing Management
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
The Enderun Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) program provides its students with rigorous training in fundamental professional and business skills, while giving students practical and real-life knowledge through experience-based teaching methods and challenging internships. The Enderun business program’s strong international orientation, cemented by a faculty of foreign academics and industry experts from leading business organizations, prepares students for a career in the global business environment, be it as entrepreneurs or corporate executives. Students also select one among the three majors on which to focus their studies: Finance and Wealth Management, Business Process Management and Consulting, or Marketing Management.
Finance and Wealth Management
The Finance and Wealth Management track develops skills in financial management in a global context, uniquely preparing graduates for careers in wealth management, an emphasis not available elsewhere. Its students not only learn capital and financial markets, venture capital, asset valuation, but also wealth planning, and more.
Business Process Management and Consulting
Business Process Management and Consulting trains students in professional consulting, especially in process improvement and management for multinational business enterprises.
Marketing Management
Marketing Management readies its graduates to engage their target audiences with thorough practical preparation in buyer behavior, advertising, professional selling and contemporary CRM–Customer Relationship Management.
Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship
Enderun's Bachelor of Science program in Entrepreneurship (BSE) with special focus on Family Enterprise produces entrepreneurs with a clear competitive professional advantage, who adopt a global business approach in the planning, management, and improvement of a family enterprise. Founded on the viewpoint that the long-run success of a family enterprise is based on its sustainable management and continuous improvement, the program equips students with the knowledge base, competence, and tools to scale up a home-grown family enterprise. This includes the potential for redirection, diversification, expansion, and growth. The Entrepreneurship program is designed to address both the development of new business opportunities, and the scaling up of existing operations, placed in the global context.
The program also strategically combines entrepreneurship education with Enderun's different programs. It empowers students to pursue a concentration such as Culinary Arts or Food and Beverage Management, where graduates either take over or start up a professional food service business with a competitive advantage.
