Enderun offers a carefully crafted program of study that leads to a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management (BS-IHM) with Specialization in Culinary Arts or Hotel Administration. Certificate in Hospitality Operations
Enderun's academic partnership with the Les Roches International School of Hotel Management allows Enderun students to earn a Certificate in Hospitality Operations from Les Roches, as they study for their bachelor's degrees in International Hospitality Management at Enderun. The Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, situated in the stunning Swiss Alps and steeped in European traditions of hospitality education, is among the world's most prestigious and highly respected hospitality management schools. Alumni from Les Roches occupy senior leadership positions throughout the global hospitality industry.
The Les Roches certificate program, which is fully integrated into the Enderun curriculum, allows Enderun students who pass a qualifying exam to gain Les Roches certification after only two years of study in the Philippines. After earning the certificate–a respected international credential among hospitality industry employers–students have the option of completing their four-year degrees at Enderun, or of transferring to Les Roches campuses in Switzerland or Marbella, Spain, and earning their degrees in Europe.

Study at Enderun Colleges in the Philippines for two years and pass the qualifying exam to earn a Certificate in Hospitality Operations from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management. You may transfer to Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Bluche, Switzerland for two more years to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Hotel Management. You may alternately transfer to Marbella in Spain for two more years to earn a Bachelor in Business Administration (Hospitality).

Internship
At Enderun, all bachelor's degree candidates must complete two industry internships. An Enderun Career Development and Industry Placement Manager closely supervises each intern's work, and coordinates with Enderun's industry partners to ensure that internships offer genuine learning and networking opportunities that complement classroom perspectives and enhance student career prospects.
The first internship, undertaken during the student's sophomore year, offers broad exposure to the workings of international-category hotels, resorts, and caterers, and reinforces classroom instruction on hotel and restaurant operations with entry-level experience in hotel departments such as front office, housekeeping, sales and marketing, food & beverage and culinary arts.
A second internship, reserved for seniors, synthesizes lessons from Enderun's general management curriculum and offers students the opportunity to gain real-world supervisory experience in local hotels. Seniors may also complete their senior internships abroad and gain international exposure in leading hotels and restaurants around the world.
